It’s a _really_ interesting swap AU to consider Al doing something/the hotel for reasons other than his contract or boredom.
(Maybe still for boredom but he partially feels that way because _he_ knows how horrible he was in life, so he knows his sins won’t be redeemed. But other people who are just people kicked down to hell for ~reasons~ he might take interest ((if not lacking it being “entertaining”)) in helping them get out of Hell.)

Okay so got to be honest, making Adam unaware of the exterminations gives a total different perspective of his character and Sera as well. It's a really fascinating idea to think of

@@mochilover9522 What if in here Charlie was taken to heaven from birth? I mean, a new and innocent soul that was _born_ in hell, not granted it in a punishment? Maybe she was bought up to be judged on if she deserved to stay down there (let’s not ignore who her parents are lol, look how things are here, heaven might as well have ignored how she’s a newborn and sent her back down for the sole reason of being the child of Lucifer and Lilith), this resulting on her being taken from her parents and into heaven, fed into the ideals to be against what Alastor and Lucifer are defending here.
Perhaps she even took it on a personal level. Her father, a previous angel, standing side by side with someone who’s defending sinners, even knowing all the horrible deeds that land a person in hell, instead of at his daughter’s side? Following that line of thought one could see some hatred and jealousy mixed with longing when Charlie exposes her dad and is, seemingly, participating in the exterminations.
I dunno, don’t mind me obsessing over the concepts, the animatic isn’t helping haha. The ideas for AUs with HH are endless and I love them, so many things you can play with. :)

it also shows Alastor is a very complex character more of an anti-hero than a villain I've seen Simon/ice king which probably the first anti-hero I've seen but Alastor seems even more complex, and I can't quite pin down Alastor's motives, but I don't think he's evil I don't know if I've even seen a character with this level of complexity before

The Hotel, as already answered, was started by Alastor.
Hell is shared by the Deadly Sins, and I think they are capable of doing so. As for the Circle of Pride, I think it's run by the Overlords. Everyone knows that the Devil King Lucifer exists somewhere, but does not manifest himself in any way. Maybe he's interfered with something just a couple of times, and that's enough to make him feared, but for the most part, Pride is a realm of anarchy.
I don't even think it's very different from the canonical situation in the show's timeline.

как справедливо подметил весь народ ранее: получилось и лучше, и эмоциональнее, и прописаннее - и, в конце концов, логичнее, чем в оригинале. это уже просто классика: ауха, сделанная на чистых желании, интересе и энтузиазме, непременно лучше той почвы, на которой и создавалась.
оч круто показаны "разоблачение" люцифера и реакция аластора; мне так понравилось, что шарлотта и вэгги берут первого за руки, а второй сначала чуть не теряет над собою контроль. что иронично, потому что воспоминание о люцифере-ангеле выглядит спокойно и мирно - особенно с учетом того, что он улыбается. сцена, где люцифер кидается к аластору, а тот от него отшатывается и не может твердо стоять, напарываясь на поверхность позади себя - выше похвал.
аластора в оригинале крайне сильно не люблю, не выношу даже - а здесь ему можно и скорее нужно сопереживать. да, его первоначальный конфликт "избавиться от контроля и вернуть власть" - все еще конфликт, но здешние его внутренние метаморфозы точно куда интереснее. и, повторюсь, с такими плот лайнами он может вызвать? "сочувствие"? в определенной интерпретации. которое контрастирует с отвращением, вызванным уже его маньячностью и каннибализмом.
шарлотта и вэгги наконец-то интересные тоже. в оригинале их ужасно запороли. за вторую очень обидно, в никуда ее персонаж ушел; а первая... а первая со своими неуместными и портящими и так хлипкую картину радугами и сладкими ватами - повиснуть охота.
и, как так же справедливо подметили, шарлотта озлобленно и радикально разоблачает своего отца... вау.
персонаж адама просто прекрасен. вероятнее всего, именно такой должна была прийтись шарлотта в оригинале: решительная, принимающая удары под дых и пощечины с поднятой головой, способная выступать против, отказываться и отрекаться. и без карикатурной, бутафорской ерунды. из-за этого все ее линии выглядели как бредовый фарс. а у адама и мотивации гораздо больше, чем у эмили; и его взаимоотношения с сэрой гораздо сильнее давят, с учетом его предыстории с лилит, евой, потомками и много чем еще. особенно части про "думал, могу восхищаться тобой" и про ребенка. а не как эмили и сэра, которых нам кидают в лицо с легкой руки и говорят: "ну вот это самое того". опять же, учитывая предысторию адама, какую взяли и так, он мог бы выйти едва ли не самым комплексным и болючим героем из всех. однако - увы. сценаристы совсем дряннейше с ним обошлись. а вот это после - даже, мг-м, скажу "терапия". лел.
появился рядок вопросов, хах. есть ли у этой аухи приквелы данной сцены и, соотв-нно, продолжение? продумывали ли вы, от чьей хватки аластор желает освободиться, или возьмете предложенный оригиналом вариант (когда его предложат...)? что испытывала чарли, когда увидела люцифера на заседании? узнала ли она его вообще? о его ангельской сути ведь знала. что испытывала чарли после заседания? насколько небеса, должно быть, противоречиво отреагировали на возвращение люцифера - еще и в качестве чужого сообщника? и как же поступит лилит?
и да, совсем субъективно, - но. ура, модель взаимоотношений люцифера и аластора. модель взаимоотношений люцифера и аластора - это всегда как нутэлла на блинчик.

А теперь к вопросам. Да, я хочу порисовать по этой АУ комиксы или даже ещё аниматики. У меня в голове есть несколько замечательных сцен.
Владельцем души Аластора мне бы очень хотелось сделать именно канонный вариант. Неуютно без твёрдой почвы под ногами. Но, раз его нет, я возьму пару теорий и дополню своим видением.
Да, Чарли узнала отца. И у них даже был разговор с глазу на глаз, как между Адамом и Вегги в каноне.
После заседания Чарли была в полном раздрае, хотя демонстрировала это только Вегги. Все противоречия в ней всколыхнулись. И она постаралась уверить себя, что Люцифер хочет как-то коварно всех обмануть.
Есть сложность с тем, что я не имею понятия о личности Лилит. Сериал говорил о ней пока очень мало. А придумывать с нуля или по теориям, опять же, не хочется. Но придётся.

@@mara_livesketcher бля, это вновь я - несмотря на то, что обсуждение две недели назад закрылось. только сейчас заметила, что адам хватает себя за голову, закрывает лицо руками и падает на колени перед сферой (или что бы это ни было) с пламенем, когда узнает-таки, что с его родом происходит :). энивэйс, за адама все еще пиздец обидно, потому вновь пересмотрела. что интересно тоже насчет него: недавно попалась другая ауха, где уже он продвигал искупление и конфликтовал со своим сыном - авелем; тоже очень крутая анимация у автора. обожаю аушные версии адама блб.
аластор так хорошо люцифера за плечо держит, когда говорит, что они наконец продвинулись к своей цели, хах. и мне понравилось, как он сидит нога через ногу, когда шарлотта и вэгги его прерывают, и как люцифер тянет к чарли руку.
но больше всего мне понравилось то, что аластор оттолкнул люцифера, когда те же шарлотта и вэгги вокруг них виться стали. вообще всегда охеренно видеть глубокий, сознательный и вдумчивый сторитэйлинг, проявляющийся в таких заметных только с третьего раза, но при этом очень значимых деталях в поступках, поведении и взаимодействиях героев

This is a really unique take on a Swap Au, the first I have ever seen with Alastor taking Charlie’s role, basically.
This honestly feels like it could lead to a Radioapple pairing, with Lucifer and Alastor bridging this hurdle but Lucifer apologizing first.
In this version of “More than Anything (reprise)”, it could be a love confession and a vow to Alastor, who has become his most important person since he lost his family to Heaven.
