OUTER BANKS ADVENTURE IN LIFTED GEN 4 CRV! #HEEP#OLDMANEMU#METHODWHEELS#HRGLIFT#YAKIMA#COOPERTIRES#GETOUTHERE. CRV has 245/70/17 ATs with 3 in lift kit
I'm thinking ab flatout coilovers. To lift it ive got faulken wildpeaks on her and a cold Air intake. But love the build bro. I've got many more plans for mine
Woahhhh woahhhhh wait a sec, is this lifted? If so, what kit you use? I’ve been searching for kits specific for the 4th gen for almost a year now and haven’t found anything.
There's a youtube channel Fix and Drive, where it would seem the solution seems to be to turn off the eco mode, it would appear to deliver more torque backwards to the rear set. Regardless it's very impressive performance!
@@hypergolic8468 makes sense, but I meant the stability system, it is trying hard to deliver power to the wheels, it happens with me when I accelerate on sloppy ground, it makes this weird sound
@@fadelibrahim7663 I take your point. Yes, and I have to say [turn off traction control] that was my previous go to option, but that looks like, in some conditions, it can go against the problem (seems to be more to do with snow). That said, if I'm struggling, I'll be trying everything combination 😀😀. I have to say, I've owned my 2014 Cr-V since new, now at 140,000 miles, it's done Northern European winters, a small bit off "off road" in deep snow etc, and running it on Michelin Tour HP / Michelin Crossclimate SUV (now CrossClimate 2), it's never once need snow chains or recovery boards. I think it's an overly complex AWD system that has too many gaps in the logic, personally.
@@hypergolic8468 yep exactly it is complex, I've seen vids in here where it performs poorly but in my experience (I have the 2014 too) it performed very well, last winter I passed by a stuck Tahoe while I didn't have any problem getting up the hill, of course with eco and stability off, waiting patiently for this winter to

Yeah a dual range tranny and 4wd Lo part time system with actual levers would be decent and maybe a limited slip @hypergolic8468
