@@felixf-mk7cf it's cause you probably haven't talked to some clown (literally). He's always by the CP shrine, you can claim some uh, cool stuff in there, including the outfits.

basically, premium adventure (ya beat the game and still get to play on the same save, it allows you to pick some pretty cool outfits)

Kiryu’s original suit is story progression based, this is probably a NG+ playthrough, Kiryu’s original black suit is never seen again after chapter 5
