I started seriously saving at the beginning of this year and am currently at $2,300. I don’t stuff envelopes I deposit my money in a High yield savings account. My original goal was $1,000. It took me 8 months since I finished that early I started another challenge blew that in 3 months. Once you start saving the momentum builds.

Yesss! I feel like that $1000 emergency fund is/was the biggest step for a lot of people in their financial journey …and even once that $1000 is saved, savings another $1400 will never ever hurt nobody 😄🙌🏽🥂
I started the 100 envelope challenge last week and I already saved $263. This is so addictive. I want to save every piece of dollar I can get my hands on. Lol

2k would make a hell of a difference in my finances or savings right now lol you really motivated me again with the envie app I'm on day 4 and saved $46 this year has been rough for me I lost my dad and my job at the beginning of the year and stopped my business that I was alrready doing part-time bc of the stress and depression I also went back to college and work alot at my new job so I don't have time for taking money out every week so thank u for getting me back saving again! Once I complete your challenge I'm planning on starting again and putting it into a high yield savings u put me on to that too… $1400 does make a difference I also saw that statistic and 2023 has been a hard year for alot of people and those people saying $1400 isn't a lot is capping lol

I've been on my savings journey for only a few months, and I've saved about $2000 spread over various sinking fund type things. Thanks to this channel, im on my way to a world of difference.

I would think if you did it twice or 4 times a month it would not be suspicious as some jobs have weekly and biweekly pay periods. Depends how often you go or choose to wait to deposit 👍🏾 ❤

I love this idea! I just wish there was a challenge for people that get paid Bi-weekly.
Why not just do the challenge bi-weekly? Instead of filling one spot every Friday, just fill *two* spots every *other* Friday ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i'm a teenager getting into cash stuffing. how often do you take trips to the bank to deposit money? does the bank ever get suspicious?
