Heilung is an experimental folk music band consisting of members from Denmark, Norway and Germany. Their music is based on texts and runic inscriptions from Germanic peoples from the Iron Age and the Viking Age. Heilung describes their music as "enhanced history from early medieval northern Europe".
Their concerts are more like rituals, they throw the bones, Maria does rune stances and so on. A spiritual experience and bucket list worthy as well IMO.
Heilung are fantastic. I would love to experience them live myself. I grew up in Arizona and have experienced Indigenous American (Navajo/Hopi) culture as well as Wiccans (Mabon ritual). I featured Heilung (Nordic Folklore) plus another pagan related video titled Celtic Folklore on my Channel @ Solo Harmonics (Rob J).

I saw them live earlier this month and they are AMAZING live!
