This is a great book and a timeless resource. This is my go to book when things get tough and I need a reminder on the importance of being patient and not compromising my criteria and terms. My favorite nugget, "Be a shopper, NOT a buyer."
Millionaire Real Estate Investor was better on the comprehensive business of real estate investing - like marketing, finding deals, networking, etc. I liked Real Estate Game Better for the core fundamentals of investment analysis, the way real estate markets/funding works, etc. Both great and I have them on my shelf for quick reference. I loved this book! It was one of my favorite financial and investing books of all time as well. I even took the class that went the book from the President of REIA up in Michigan. All of your points are dead on, but I think the one idea that has meant the most to me since reading the book was the idea of building a personal balance sheet. I go through and calculate this every month and it has a tremendous impact on my finances since I started.

It was a nice reminder for this current market. I am shopping every single day, but buying opportunities are almost non-existent right now. So, I am keeping my powder dry and just waiting. I keep shopping and eventually, a buying opportunity has to come along.
