I have this kit and it is fantastic. VERY good build quality on the cannon itself and the chemicals are top notch also. Several key features I love are: 1) Metering tips 2) The fact you can couple the bottle directly to the foam cannon or dilute product into the cannon bottle, whatever works for you. The convenience of being able to hook the bottles directly to the cannon and using the metering tips automatically dilutes your product which is a time saver. And the metering tips ensure you don't use too much product. In fact, I think it actually works better than diluting and saves more product. One of the best foam cannon systems on the market today!
I've been using all 3 of these products since they first came out and couldn't be happier! Originally I thought Surface Prep was too strong but on a coated car like mine it still bead nicely after rinsing off after a 5 minute dwell. Surface wash is a nice, regular pre-wash and smells awesome. Following up with Poly Gloss is literally the strawberry on top...DO NOT DRINK THIS STUFF😉
Hi, is Griots surface prep safe to use every few months to decontaminate a coating? I bought it mainly to use before paint correction. Thought it might be a bit too strong for coatings?
I used the foaming surface wash the other day, and when I rinsed it off there were small little white specs. Is this something that I did wrong? It was overcast, no direct sunlight and the temp was about 58°. I haven’t received my Poly Gloss yet, just have the foaming surface wash and Speed Shine. I had a paint correction done on Monday, this was the first time I used the foaming wash. Any suggestions?
Hey Chuck, without seeing photos the first thing that comes to mind is its polish dust that wasn't fully wiped away after your paint correction. We've had thousands of customers use Foaming Surface Wash without this issue, so while not impossible to be a new issue, it's more than likely some left over polish dust. You could perform a contact wash or use a quick detailer to remove what's left on the surface. Keep in mind, a little pressure may be necessary to remove if they are really stuck on.

@@GriotsGarage no problem and being a customer of 17 yrs may I suggest a new product. A pre-wash for a foamer with a pH of 12-13🤔🛎💡
I just used my Boss Foam Canon. Surface Prep then Ceramic Wash. Turned out nicely. Then I watched the video. Great products.
Great to hear!
Can you foam with Ceramic Wash & Coat instead of Poly Gloss if you use Ceramic 3 in 1 as a base protectant?
Absolutely, that would be the perfect substitute!

@@GriotsGarage Thanks, I'll try that. Appreciate the reply!
