As far as I know the guy from Coffee Break French is not Irish, he's Scotish.
And you should definetely check out the podcast innerFrench, it's one of the best for intermediate French.

Great video ! I'm trying to learn French. I recently discovered all the resources available on TH-cam. I agree that "le français avec Pierre" is a really good channel ! I also tried Newsinslowfrench and Fluentu but it bored me a little bit. I'm interested in french culture, I take classes and I've been using one of my teacher's site : www.manututorat.com. This is very different of the other resources you can find and very interesting if you are a curious person.
