Mercedes ML W164 Tailgate Fixed in 15 minutes

Mine is 2011 model W164. The tailgate slowly degraded in function till it stopped working completely. I could hear beep sounds but not the sound of the hydraulic pump working.

How do u fill oil
Is that two bolts on body can be used one for filling and other for bleeding air?
