    You cannot change the way someone treats you, you just be calm and don’t react to the situations. Eventually the other person involved will change knowing this is not working! I have learned the hard way. This includes everyone in your life. No one is perfect, have no expectations.

      It seems like such a sad way to approach life. A lonely way. Why not avoid starting with any attempt to change anyone, and when they treat you badly, see and acknowledge the anger or disappointment, then continue on with life. 🤷🏽‍♀️. Carry on smartly😌

    Relationships starts with needs involved, relationships will look bad when your needs are not met. There is only existence and you have to look after your own needs. You can share your life with someone, but everyone will change keep that in mind. Look good after yourself, so you see and do everything out of an act of love. ❤❤❤

    I consider myself a good person but I've realized when I am going through illness or a lot of bad situations in my life I tend to treat my closest family members in a bad way I don't hate him i love them but its my anger with myself that gets me like that and i know is wrong. What i am trying to say is when someone is nasty with you is because they are not happy with there own life and situation sometimes is not even about you so the best strategy is to get away from them or confront them letting them know that they must work to fix the things that are bothering them and that you will help them if needed.

    life doesn't stop for anyone even you shouldn't, you should move on with your life,never hold back, never get attached too much to somebody because the moment you start giving everything to one person is when the person feels burden. Later, it becomes difficult for anyone to sustain. Love will never teach you to compromise on your self respect.

His speech encourages me to challange myself everyday to be vegillant not come down of my level of sweetness, and to keep climbing onto the next ladder and so on, as high as I can climb. when I stayed on a high level of perseption. I feel life flowing positively and I experience the sweetness of life. when I come down I expirience my own stupidity making my life miserable. No matter if somebody else is causing problems. One has to exercise the necessary intelligence not to make things worse and not to make trouble for others, just because our negative perseption. Sadhguru 🙏💖

    Satguru here is talking about "projection". How we project our negative qualities on to a partner or someone else who is sometimes disagreeable. This is an extremely superficial exercise which creates "personal islands". This is a defensive psychic phenomenon.
    That's why always concentrate on yourself. Charity begins at home.

    *Sadhguru* - In marriages,there are divergent expectations.The woman expects the man to change.The man expects the woman to never change.

    • @cactaceous
      @cactaceous 3 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      Truth. Only when a woman truly chooses a mate for who he is without future expectations, will marriage be a happy union. In the West marriage only is a happy one, 1/4 times. 2/4 end in divorce and the other 1/4 live lovelessly together only due to financial strain. Not good odds because of expectations. Women in the West expect too much. Instead of loving the man for who he is, they see it as a work in progress and demand he change to her progress liking.

      Only when men will start seeing their privileges & finally will start sharing some real family/ household furies at par women...stop being insecured of women...stop making fun of their wives to justify their perverted biases...a marriage can he peaceful, successful & their children can get a better atmosphere to grow up as stronger human beings...
      Not in just west, even in the East... most men have been way too nasty shamelessly, all over the world...the biggest problem is men are unapologetic about their nastiness but expect women to stay all moral & ethical otherwise will call them names without any makes equivalent of those.

    • @barnaliadhikary9421
      @barnaliadhikary9421 3 ปีที่แล้ว +25

      The fact is when men get changed after marriage, it's the woman's fault the man is the victim.., but when a woman who was so sweet before marriage becomes a fury to the same man after marriage, is all her fault...the man had no role to play to transform her in this way .... again the man is the victim...
      That's the outlook of our society..

    Apart from handling the spouse, both the parents, siblings and extended family keep fighting with the couple and destroy their peace of mind. Vice versa is also true. Why can’t humans just coexist peacefully?? Let’s not keep any expectation from people not encourage any expectation from
    Others. This will solve most problems
