- Sky News host Liz Storer has lauded Elon Musk for “coming to the rescue” after he provided SpaceX’s Starlink services to help with recovery efforts in the wake of Hurricane Helene.
Hurricane Helene has killed at least 128 people across the US.
“Elon Musk is coming to the rescue, sending 30 of his Starlinks, which essentially use orbiting satellites instead of ground-based networks to give these people broadband connection," Ms Storer said.
Elon Musk in his tweet announcing additional Starlinks to North Carolina mentioned it was Donald Trump who alerted him to the crisis.
Donald Trump has been more presidential with getting more supplies and help to these hurricane victims.
