The added fiber on top of water can be argued to keep you more full than just water. Not to mention fiber has added benefits besides just satitating hunger on top of it already doing that that water alone does not.
I’m on keto and those three fruits (also blackberries and raspberries) work perfectly because they are very low carbs but still sweet. Pair with heavy cream or almond milk and a handful of cashews or walnuts, plus a spoonful of plain, high fat sugar free yogurt and you won’t need to eat for hours. (A tbspn of sugar free chunky or smooth peanut butter added in kicks it up a notch) - but not on your waistline. That’s a power breakfast that lasts a whole day because natural fat reduces hunger. If you get hungry again just cut up an avocado mixed into tuna, cut-up shrimp, and green onions with sugar free mayo - for your next meal. My go to snack(s) - coffee with cacao powder, stevia and cream, with a small piece of sugar free dark chocolate (in the coffee). Lost: 30 lbs. in three months have kept it off for eight months so far and keep losing weight - just a few pounds from my exact goal weight but feel and look happy, balanced, trim. Down two sizes. Huge energy - work out easily, daily.

I use all three phenomenal! I am keto and Avocado is a great fat adding olive oil and lemon to the avocado along with some juice is a powerhouse. QUESTION☝️ I’ve seen videos where people show worms or small bugs in both strawberries and blueberries. I’m afraid to eat them, it makes my stomach churn. What do you know of this? I’m 266 5’6 48 year old woman with Fibromyalgia and every time I lose weight I gain all of it back plus ten pounds. My mind and body are relentless with coming up with reason why it’s okay to eat this or that.

I live a low carb lifestyle and absolutely agree. Make sure you have some dark leafy greens with these fruits. The fiber content of the greens will balance the carb count. Everytime I eat berries, I have spinach or kale w them 👍🏽
You can also clean them and cut up or leave whole and put in some freezer bags store in freezer and simply use them in a blender for smoothies. They last a lot longer

Good advice but I’d say watermelon is up there too, I eat a ton of it especially after heavy training days. It’s amazing for recovery too

Strawberries also absorb the chemical pesticide spray because they do not have a skin. Because of this, I do not eat them.
My pre workout meal is 1 can sardines with a bottle of natural fruit juice.
