I currently run in the d5 Bay Area league that Cooper ran in. His team may not be what it used to be but Cooper is a legend here.

it is definitely a great time, but times in California do tend to be a little faster. Tullyrunners tracks speed ratings and I think a 16 minute 3 mile where I am converts to 15:30s. Still insane.
Yeah plus cali coarses are very flat, in New York the coarses gave hella hills, makes a big difference

man the school I went to, which is pretty awful for track and field and running used to be in his HS's division of these small schools before they moved up after he left. I used to hear stories from my older sister of him. I wish I woulda been able to run a var race once with him as a freshman
