I thought that until I went. Its lovely and there is more to benidorm than drinking. As Kev saying old town is different as well. I am going again on Sunday as we only touched the surface when we went last time. I don't like the drunks either.
Your right Kev uncle peds not as cheap as before, The Black Pearl does cheaper bucket deals and even the Riviera across the road does some great deals and you don't need to be a resident I think to use the terrace, great vlogs keep them coming 👍
in lanzarote, the pints come in 40cl glasses. Which is actually 3/4 of a pint. So a real 568ml pint is actually 2 Euros....or £1.80 ish. But lets not forget that beer costs about 14p a pint to make. But heh ho - enjoy.

would not surprise me someone else told me about the huge tanks they keep the beer in and it usually bears little resemblance to what it says on the pump.Amazed people drink it for the sake of saving a few Euro's !
Benidorm is loud, brash, hot, lively at night calm during the day. People go there to laugh, chat, meet new people and to let their hair down. The beaches are the biggest and cleanest I have EVER seen and I’m well travelled. If you are generally a quiet person with a limited social outlook, then Benidorm really isn’t for you. No offence but it really isn’t. I’m off there next week for 5 nights with 4 of my mates! Hotel looks mint, 30 degrees, what’s not to like 😀
A customer of mine went there in the 60s on there honeymoon. Two hotels, basically a fishing village. It's like that at 6, (I think you said the time was) not for me fella.....
Honestly people just don’t go Benidorm or Tenerife coz there cheap really there two amazing places. Yer there not Mexico or florida but there elite holidays you might get once in a while. When coming to European holidays it’s Tenerife/canaries/Benidorm 4 me
Reading some of these comments are making me cringe. Some making out people go because it's cheap and that's all they can afford that's far from the truth for most. I like to get 2-3 hols a year in and have two young children. In the last few years they have been to Greece, canaries, Disney land Paris, and Majorca and benidorm. Guess where they keep begging us to go back to? They loved it so much there's so much to do with the kids you can't fit it all in. If you like a drink then go to the bars. If your like me you spend the day doing kids stuff and then spend the evening in the old town. Every body is different but I sure as hell wouldn't laugh and mock people that enjoy different holidays to me. If you don't think you will like it then don't go. But if you have never been to that place then your opinion is pretty useless.

Went on my own 3 yrs ago had best time of my life but some streets areas were like Beirut with roadworks going on. Must say streets look so immaculate do Old Town/Poniente streets get hosed down more than New Town as last few yrs on Google Street View pavements looked filthy must admit Square Gerona was in need of spruce up

Anyone making negative comments on this video have probably never been or don't go on lad's or lasses holidays. I go to exclusive resorts throughout Europe with my family but it doesn't make me look down my nose at Beni. I have had the best laughs ever with my mates there, it's a great party town.

Hi Joe, best to check trip advisor for reviews all the hotels in old town are more affordable, I try and stick to 4 stars on TA , my 2 star hotel was fine but might be too basic for you and in quiet location. If you stay in new town remember it could be near lively pubs.
Ive heard some of the cheap deals abroad in a good few places are due to them watering down some of the drinks. However if you know a guy who knows a guy you can get premium drinks for great prices and even some drinks unavailable in pubs.. ill say no more lol 👍👍
The locals are fed up with the British who come looking for a low cost vacation just to get drunk in our country. It's a pity that Brexit hasn't managed to completely eliminate this, but at least it has managed to screen out those who want to live here permanently. Thanks to those of you who voted yes.
