Man, this is a very very serious achievement. You play this at professional level (you just need to polish that fff in the LH octaves). I've heard dozens of performances of this piece and this really got me. Especially around 1:30. Once again bravo for this very difficult etude!

yes, the technique is good, but here are 3 small tips for this piece. on page 2 you could use less pedal - the accompaniment a bit drier and not too loud, while the upper part remains very tight / bound. In the middle part you give away a lot of creative potential. enjoy the beautiful lines - use much more dynamism - maybe listen to the vladimir horrorwietz recording. Generally if you put recordings in the net you should make sure that the instrument is tuned and of the sound quality of the instrument/recording are equal to your abilities.

Hanozix1 Please try to orient your play on horowitz' interpretation :) you have to go in deep, though, this piece is extremely hard to play well musically, i know what i'm talking about :/ good job so far btw ^^
47Mortuus YES! Horowitz plays the greatest rendition of this work ever put to record. He plays it as a series of dialogues, which the pieces truly presents - If you look at the musical text you'll note that there are 4 distinct vocal expressions.
