Sounds menacing, mysterious, evil, and intimidating, all with an air of sophistication thrown on top. Masterpiece of a theme honestly man. They did an excellent job with this one. Perfectly nailed it.
I really love the bit from 1:55 to 2:23 because it really shows that even though their methods greatly differ JP and Bison are still cut from the same maniacally evil cloth. Both are veritable madmen.
I know people kinda dislike JP because projectile spam and all that, but I just LOVE fighting him, especially when his theme plays. It always feels like a boss fight and if you win, feels even better.
I LOVE the final round music at 1:55. The stabbing rhythm makes it feel malicious and dominating, like you've witnessed something utterly horrible, and all you can do about it is RUN. It's reminiscent of his Level 3: where he finally rips loose a little and just goes straight for the throat.
I like that the music really picks up in the final round. Feels like it represents how JP is barely even trying while he fights but if you can survive and challenge him enough to get to a final round he'll start to show you some of his real power
This theme making me imagining him pulling a pocketwatch looking at the time and saying "You have exactly 3 minutes to try and stop me, you see I'm a very busy man."

I love how dark and imposing this sounds. And then you get to 1:55 and it almost has a regal sound to it, but it also sounds like he's pissed and is hell bent on winning, lol. I don't know, that's just what i got from it
The sense of ominous, calculating malevolence in this track reminds me a lot of Seth's theme from SF4. It kind of makes me wish for a piano cover for this... Kudos to the composers for creating music that encompasses so many styles, cultures, and moods!
JP feels like the most "realistic" out of Street Fighter villains especially in comparison to Gill and Bison, both of whom were pretty eccentric. Meanwhile JP is perfectly content sitting in the shadows manipulating things behind the scenes.
I like how in his end cutscene for maxxing out his fighting style he just says “Youre searching for strength, yes? Strength, is meaningless. You must be very disappointed.”

Usually Capcom gets these character themes out of the way before another batch of reveals. So since Capcom Cup IX won't show off anything for SF6, this may lend credence towards a State of Play happening in the near future.
