Hello Paul, your concrete fence is the best that I have seen and the strongest with all the re-bar in it. The usual way with posts then blocks rendered on the outside between the posts has a habit of causing future problems. A well thought out concrete fence.

Yea should be fine had high rivers other areas flooded but we are well above those, if we flood the whole area will flood all those behind us too but last time river almost burst was 10 years ago when 3 dams burst up river, all sorted now but even then this area was OK

How wide is each panel in the walls?

Hi Daniel, I'm assuming you are talking about the fence wall. Each panel is 2.5m wide

Nice Video Paul. Quick question, as you look young: Why did you decided to build a house "outside" instead of buying a house in a Mooban? Bc if you buy a house in a Mooban (good brand) you can leverage it by 70% with the bank to do further investments in Thailand, while "outside" houses you can max. leverage it 30% if lucky. Just wondering about the thought process. Keep up the videos! :-)

Hi, thanks for the compliment, I am retired and looking to retire in rural Thailand, I am not looking to make money, just looking to have a relaxing retirement.
