@@jamesford4815Nope on mortgages . Farang(foreigners) are required to purchase condos(or homes) completely upfront and money must be transferred from from an out of country account into Thailand for whatever reason. That part has always confused me.

You would think so
There are walkways between buildings so everyone probably shares all the services. That kind of creates a new problem of the services always being in use.
Normally you can access the facilities in the 1 building you live in. Elevator cards = security.
You normally can't go up in other building than the one you live in.

I know it’s horses for courses but a concrete view is not a view. For me a view is sea, woodland, jungle, lake etc. basically a view is nature not the concrete jungle.
