    after a long time, i found this video very engaging and informative, as a creator you should know what your audience wants, i would have loved more results of the lens in the first half and subject and you in one single frame... it looked like you are saying there is a tiger in front of you, but the footage is not matching to that (no offenses please). your spectacles are nice..

    Great video Aarzoo, have you tested it on mid range cameras like the a7riii or a6600? I'm thinking of getting it but don't have the a9ii or A1

    Thank you for the video.
    I wonder if you have got any opportunity to use that lens with A7r Iv ( or even V).
    I'm a happy user of A9+sel200600 but I wonder if not to "upgrade" to a7rV+200-600.
    I do recognize that it is not a stacked sensor, it has less fps but I'm missing a resolution for a more aggressive cropping (and A1 is a bit too expensive for the hobby ;-)
    Thank you!
    Thumbs up!

      Using a7m4 with the 200-600 .
      My single most take home point is : stick with the a9 or the a1 . A7m4 and a7m5 would be best paired with the 600f4.
      I say this because the large pixel size of the a1 or the a9 would allow greater light and the a7m4 or a7m5 would need the f4 to allow the same focusing speed and light .
      Observations stem from a rented sony .600f4 and an adapted canon 400mm lens using a sigma adapter .
      If u have the budget , the a1 paired with the 200-600 is the cheaper option but the image superiority will obviously a7m4 with a 600f4.

    • @pawelmod3292
      @pawelmod3292 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@adityabarigali thank you for sharing, but just to be sure: do you mean a7Rm4 and a7Rm5? (you have missed R I suppose)

    • @adityabarigali
      @adityabarigali ปีที่แล้ว

      @pawelmod my current setup is the a7r4 +200-600
      Suggested combo : a1/a9/a9ii /a7m4 + 200-600
      A7r4/a7r5 + 600f4 .
      😁
      Basically, a fast sensor with a medium lens = better budget ..use cases : larger animals , safaris, stationary /slow moving birds used to human presence.
      High res sensor +fast lens = productivity and ability to crop . Use cases = skittish birds and animals not used to human presence /birds in flight .

    • @pawelmod3292
      @pawelmod3292 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@adityabarigali thanks again!
      That make sense to pair higgres bodies with faster (gm) lenses.
      In my situation it is easier to switch from a9+200600G to a7rv+200600G than invest into 400mm or 600mm GM :)
      These are crazy expensive lenses.

    What about lens filter as protection? Do you use any clear/uv/polarising filter on the lens? 😊

    • @frankyvee1
      @frankyvee1 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have the same lens I just use the hood for protection. I feel the more glass you put in front of your lens the more you degrade your image. The hood gives plenty protection against scratches.

    • @pentagramyt417
      @pentagramyt417 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@frankyvee1 Honestly, the problem is when you have to clean your lens and after a time the scratches will pop up, or that you can evem scratch it in your backpack when you have hood off. That's why high quality protection will decrease your image at max of 2-3%
