This is just a tip of the mess in public schools. It is even worse in day schools, where learning is 100% free, bt cos of greed it is compulsory to eat school lunch in most of those schools. If one fails to pay is sent away and can miss classes for months. Headteachers and principals rule over BOM members. Today BOM members and PA members are just but ceremonial figures in majority of schools. Amen. God will help us because Kenya belongs to Jesus and nothing else.
