Great vid once again. Beef is our family favourite here but it's very expensive compared to pork. I manage to cook brisket and ribs on my Weber Q to great effect. Keep on grillin'!
Looks like brisket on a stick! about only thing i haven’t tried smoking, this is convincing me to give it a go. How do you like the remote temp probe? I’m not thrilled with the range of the original meater one I have, so thinking of getting a different type / cheers from the west coast 🍻
It essentially is brisket on a stick. Definitely give it a go. These probes are good. The ambient temp isn't very accurate because it's so close to the meat, but the internal temperature seems very accurate. This is gen 2, with a 600 foot range from the base to your phone. I broke my gen 1 version by putting them in the grill without being inside any meat. I did a review on both gen 1 and gen 2 if you want to check them out. ThermoPro sent me the gen 1 for free. The gen 2 I bought myself. Cheers!
Howdy sir 🤠. Great to see you put something up. Hopefully we will see a few more before closing up the cabin. Soooo, if you're wondering what has happened since I posted my first video a few months ago, wellll? My vision went all to hell on me. Hell I finally purchased a dedicated camera for my videos ( the DJI Osmo pocket 3). I love it but my vision is so bad I can't really use it OR do anything on my laptop. I had surgery about a month ago and the vision is improving. Hell I can't even drive my car/pickup or jet boat to go fishing etc but things are getting better. I'll let you know when I'm finally posting up. I know you have heard me say this for awhile but with the purchase of the camera I HAVE to start posting as soon as possible. Have a great day.
Oh man Victor. I hope your health takes a turn for the better. Fishing and bbq are your things, and I'm sure you want to get back out there. Hang in there and cheers man!
Keep on grilling. My mouth watering. Dam good video 😊
Thanks Richard. Appreciate you watching.

Beef is definitely more expensive than pork here too. These ribs were about $10/lb. I can get pork baby back ribs for about $4/lb. Keep on grillin'!
Amazing sir!
Thanks Knight Commander. Cheers man!
Happy Labor Day Weekend 🎉
Cheers! You too Rando.
Opp's. The ribs looked great 😋👍🌤

Why not spritz with worchestershire sauce diluted.?
That’s a great idea. Thanks man
