got suckered into this again myself ... Discoverly is notorious for misleading clickbait images that never show up in their videos ... I report it each time but apparently YT does not care.

Is this channel written by computers or purposely fake? No person would claim the Jaws shark-cage scene used a real shark - not to mention the doc of it being done in a studio water tank with the fake shark.
Tom Cruise did actually hurt his foot - but the building jump actually used a full overhead trolley support rig and harness for the actor - which has been erased with CGI in these versions used for promotion.

The "JAWS" shark-cage scene, did, in fact, use some actual footage of a short stuntman actor, Carl Rizzo, substituting for Richard Dreyfuss during the scenes where a real great white was filmed, twisting around the diving cage by veteran shark experts, Ron and Valerie Taylor.

Yes, but the short stuntman was replaced by a short dummy for the Taylor shots with the shark - and this video is saying the actor on the main shoot was at risk from a real shark.

@@Titan52bergtrue and it was filmed in Australia and Dreyfus was never there. Total click bait.

Hmm...so what ever happened to "acting"? -- not letting accidents &/or brutal direction do the heavy lifting? (Don't give Alec Baldwin any more bright ideas...).
