Thank you for the recipes. I have a request. Years ago in tajmahal hotel , in Abids Hyderabad the restaurant served South Indian snacks the usual variety. But there was a unique variety of pakoda which was served in limited editions only known as GOL PAKODA. And this was delicious crunchy on the outside and soft and crumbly inside full of cashew nut pieces and chopped onions etc. it used to be our favorite snack whenever we went to eat there. We moved out of Hyderabad and twenty years later revisited that place for nostalgia and lo! the place underwent a makeover. And the GOL PAKODA was forgotten . On insisting and coercing the chefs kindly obliged and made them for us but it was not the same pakoda which we enjoyed years ago. I request you chef if you ever in your sojourns of searching for recipes will get to know of this variety of GOLPAKODA to please share it with us . I will be extremely greatful to you for this. Please can you start writing down the recipe, I would really like to make these and several other of your recipes but you don’t offer the recipe links or even the recipe in the description as you used to and I am not always clear on ingredients you use. For example, in the rice cracker recipe, did you use a dal flour? Something I’m not familiar with?
