  • Got 10 minutes for a killer leg workout? How about a leg workout that will help you RUN FASTER? This one works every inch of your legs, giving those fast-twitch muscle fibers the boost they need for faster, more efficient running. PS: This is best paired with a short run.
    Workout details:
    45 seconds on/ 15 seconds off of:
    Right side leg swing
    Left side leg swing
    High knees
    Tempo air squat (3 seconds down, 1 second up)
    Switch/switch/drop lunge (alternating)
    Left side lateral hops
    Right side lateral hops
    Closed-leg glute bridge raise
    Jump squats for max-height
    Straight-arm plank hold
