Workout details:
45 seconds on/ 15 seconds off of:
Right side leg swing
Left side leg swing
High knees
Tempo air squat (3 seconds down, 1 second up)
Switch/switch/drop lunge (alternating)
Left side lateral hops
Right side lateral hops
Closed-leg glute bridge raise
Jump squats for max-height
Straight-arm plank hold
