Hey Paul, I cannot get our media to transfer from the building computer to the main one. The lyrics and text copies over fine but it shows the ? on all the media when opened on the main computer. No media whatsoever transfers. No announcements, backgrounds, objects in the foreground, nothing. I have the same options checked that you do. Any advice?
@@PaulClifford How do I ensure that media is uploading? The only thing it shows is a .pro file attached to the files section on PCO. Should it actually be in the Media section of the song attachments? And we have just shy of 1.5 gigs free of storage, so we should be good on that part.
I don’t know if this is the proper place to ask, but I’ve been trying to get a song slide presentation that has been edited in PP7 on a laptop to download into ProPresenter in a playlist on our presentation computer. Planning Center is set up on both computers and all is checked in Preferences, as well.

Make sure media is uploading to PCO. Also, make sure you have enough storage on that account.
