    Many flosstubers I've watched have recommended your template, and i also love tracking stats, so what a great way to start the year! As a new stitcher, thank you for the work you've put into this!

    Thank you so much for all of this! I have seen Brijin and Cam reporting their Notion and have decided to give it a go. I have info in lots of places right now and it's not serving me the best. I find that having numbers and data points really helps me to stay on track, not get overwhelmed, and set realistic goals based on past performance. I also have been struggling with a good way to track kits (and now kips, thanks for that) and patterns, a wish list and especially my floss. This should take care of all of it.

    Everyone downloading the template, go buy her a coffee through her link for her hard work!! ❤🎉
    I'm on day two of integrating my projects into the template, and it's just so motivating for me to see my WIPs and progress visually laid out so clearly! I love the goal functions and it was super easy to add a 5% and 10% goals for really big projects.
    This template and your videos are a HUGE gift to the cross stitch community! (I can definitely see other fibre artists adapting them for crochet etc too). Thank you Lizzie! ❤

    Thank you so much for your timely Notion update! Your first video is what got me into notion and I went down the deep end with how I customised and set mine up. Great to see how yours has evolved :D

    Thank you for sharing!! I love love love my notion for tracking stitching, now I just have to figure out how to incorporate some parts of your update into mine. I downloaded your template earlier this year but have made quite a few personalizations after watching some other videos too. I couldn’t figure out how to do the formulas before, so I’m hoping if I can see your formulas I can figure it out how to translate to mine. And the Dmc data with the photos looks awesome too, gotta figure out to add that to mine too. Thank you thank you!! ❤❤❤

      Update - I am having a blast playing with this template. I have all of my WIPs loaded and filled out (granted, there are only 4 of them, but still) and now I'm adding in my past finishes. I can't thank you enough for your awesome tutorial and template 💖

    Your set up in Notion is AMAZING! It's going to take me forever to add all my things in. I will have to save your video to watch over and over. 😂One question though - Is there somewhere for the fancy floss inventory? Thank you for sharing all your hard work for us that would not be able to accomplish such a fete.

    • @FrizzyLizzieStitches
      @FrizzyLizzieStitches  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I did not add an inventory feature on the fancy floss database, but you can use the DMC Collection database as an example and create your own columns to track your fancy floss inventory.

    I have been looking for something to put all of my stitchy data into, and I am in love with this!!! Question though. How did you create those widgets for your wip count and starts earned?? I like the idea of being able to see it front and center without diving deep into the pages.

    • @FrizzyLizzieStitches
      @FrizzyLizzieStitches  8 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@EmilieRose8 there is a third party website called Indify! This is how I have my WIP Count and Starts Earned. I think I linked that in the description box 😊

    This is really cool! How do you handle projects that use color blending? How do those colors get noted in the "used in" tabs and floss tabs?

    • @FrizzyLizzieStitches
      @FrizzyLizzieStitches  27 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@chaoskittensandcrafting I have not used color blending so I haven’t thought about how to adapt the DMC database for this. I would probably just add every DMC color including the blends and then make notes in the body of the project page about which flosses are blended

    Thanks very much for this. I have a lot of project in my cross stitch projects database now and when I link this to other databases the drop down list is huge. Any idea on how this can be filtered? Thanks

    • @FrizzyLizzieStitches
      @FrizzyLizzieStitches  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@thevioletstitcher1985 I am unaware of how to filter the drop down list on a relation. I typically just start typing what I am looking for, so I’ve never had the desire to filter the list. It would be nice to filter out completed projects, but I don’t think you can.

    Thanks for sharing all of your knowledge and hard work. I'm becoming more interested in Notion. My issue is that many of my charts are paper and only my full coverage pieces are PDF so that they are Pattern Keeper compatible. Is there a way to make the paper charts PDF so that I can load them into Pattern Keeper? I saw someone's TH-cam say that they take their very big charts to an Office Supply store and have them convert to PDF's but would that be costly for charts that aren't as big. I don't know how else I could track number of stitches completed as well as percentage for most of my charts. I'm slowly trying to buy PDF versions if they are available.

    • @FrizzyLizzieStitches
      @FrizzyLizzieStitches  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@ruthbutler6946 I typically will make a scan of my chart using the notes app on my phone. Pattern Keeper also has a TH-cam channel where they explain how to upload a scanned chart into pattern keeper.

    I totally love using notion to track all the things. I’m usually a paper chart stitcher. Do you have any advise for how to track stitches complete/total stitches since i don’t use pattern keeper.

    • @FrizzyLizzieStitches
      @FrizzyLizzieStitches  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I know several people who manually count their stitches. You could also use a stitch counter. It's a little device people sometimes use for knitting to help count their rows.
