The fact they had the 1920's girl have super curly and puffy hair is just... I'm not even a big history fan and yet I still know that's not right. And that jean dress is just a big no honey

Mad not at all, but that didn’t reflect the most iconic ones of that decade, which was their goal. There are better TH-cam channels with people who do a lot of research that are way more accurate and recreate hairstyles with duplicates of products and tools that were available at that time.

Clearly they did not consult a fashion historian. almost all the shoes are wrong. the 90s dress is a fashionova x kim kardashian remake of a dress that naomi campbell wore, which is honestly just comical. not to mention the last three decades of gowns were so niche that they do not accurately represent the average gown of their decade. i could go on and on, but i don’t have time for that. hire new producers.

V V if someone can’t do their job properly, they are not qualified to have it. but it’s more of a systematic issue at glamour than just the producers not knowing the fashion history. it’s also whoever is within the magazine approving to upload this too. glamour is a highly respected fashion magazine and for them to so inaccurately misrepresent what should be bread and butter to them is telling of their incompetence.
