Why loosen the header bolts? Plus arrant you supposed to tighten the headers always first. In case of the risk of stress fractures, due to faulty alignment of the back part of the exhaust.
This is to give you some play to allow perfect alignment of the exhaust

How did u get the old exhaust off before u loosened the header bolts??no way it would of come off unless u bent the fuck out the exhaust.👎
I bought gsr 600 with gpr ghost carbon, but the guy who was riding it, took off db-killer. Its easy to install it again?

De hecho son los tornillos del colector los que se aflojan para dar juego al montaje
