The whole point of Runick isn’t just to have 15+ instant fusions but to give you to outresource your opponent at the cost of skipping your battle phase. In the case of games like the first, where you either have the field spell or decide to search it, it’s almost always better to draw 3 (4 if speaker is in the graveyard) with croc to then potentially draw 2-3 more cards with fountain. That’s a potential of up to 7 draws you’re missing out on by that can either be more runick cards or handtraps to disrupt your opponent during their turn by going into Dragite, which is one spell and trap negate.
I’ve subbed to you because I’m eager to learn more about Master Duels, I may be a Platinum 4 player but I’ve only started to play Yu-gi-oh almost 1 year, I’ve watched the anime and I always wanted to learn how to play irl but I can see why most people couldn’t teach me how to play because I realized that teaching newbie how to play Yu-gi-oh is easier to say than done, so far I’ve just finished building a burn deck and Snake Eye-Fire king and I’m eager to try something new and I’ve faced many ice barrier decks these days, I might as well try to make one
The problem with Yu-Gi-Oh!(in the TCG) is even when cards get reprinted, Konami will make them high rarity/short printed, so the reprint won't lower the price by much if at all, making the card still expensive for budget players. And to top it off, usually when a meta decks cards get reprinted, it's because Konami is planning to ban them soon. That said, the structure decks are the best bang for your buck(the tins used to be amazing, but they've been getting worse with each year). Which is why we got none this year. lol
I want to see "one bad day" play. That said, he went from sisterly mins to playing with dolls and puppets.... Still xyz summoning tho, we love the consistency Weeby
The only problem is most other players of card games look down on Yu-Gi-Oh, I watched someone open up a case of Maze of memory and it was basically a 30 minute hit piece talking about how the art looks had its hard to read and none of the cards make sense
Cyber Dragon Sieger can add 2100 Atk to its or another machine monster's (that has 2100 or more Atk) attack, but with Raiho on the field and no cards in hand, he couldn't activate the effect and crashed. That's what happens when you go into auto-pilot mode.
The way I WAS playing, I would find an archetype that struggle due to lack of support or small boss monsters and pair it with a boss monster that has no home. To this day I still love my 10,000 ninja deck. People would try to fight through the ninja interruptions then my turn comes back and out of nowhere the 10,000 dragon hits the field gets turned into a ninja and attacks directly. 😂 It’s a hassle to setup now with every deck being 98% hand traps with 1 card starters. Now I play an archetype or type and just stick with it until the meta makes it impossible to enjoy.
id reccomend the horus engine and rainbow bridge trap for extra chances of field spell and easy ways to dump terrorbaby/bisque doll from hand if u draw them
Hey man loving the viedos, and the bad day deck, everyone should have one of those on standby to vent the frustrations this game delivers. Also looking foward to the gimmick puppets deck, iv never really used it so will be cool too see. Also if you like turn 2 OTK decks i can't recommend Ra enough, it can splash into lots of decks to be competative and sphere mode is brilliant at breaking meta boards
When wanting to know how much attack you have instead of having to count you can use the info icon on bottom right and it tells you how much you have. W video btw
Some quick tips to help you improve your gameplay, my friend. 1) NEVER USE ASH ON ALUBER against Branded...NEVER...you were lucky on that game. Everything the deck does includes BRANDED FUSION...ALWAYS ALWAYS USE ASH ON BRANDED FUSION, its game winning 99% of times they dont have an answer on Ash Blossom. Or they will have to waste the full hand to do half off what Branded Fusion does by itself... 2) If you are planning to use Maxx C either use it on Draw/Standby Phase OR on Main Phase when they use an effect to special summon. The way you activated it against Watts, was the worst scenario...No draw and easy target for Triple Tactic Talents to get handlooped or draw 2. 3) the Cyber Dragon guy in the beginning 0layed awfully...he had Triple Tactics, and while you had already used a monster effect, he didnt use Tactics to avoid discarding by stealing something, but he activated the worst way possible (honestly though there was no way out for him😂) Hope they look helpful and feel free to ask anything if you need any more help or tip😄 P.S.: i know a lot of decks cause i was playing TCG competitively so i change decks very often, cause i am getting bored easily😂😂
Dam that opening was 🔥 😂 you really need to play that good vs evil duelist angle more I'd love to see the evil side of weeby like you can dress up i. All dark attire and maybe even have a tobi mask on with an akatsuki robe that be to epic! 😂👍
I dont know much bout gimck puppets but i seen some people using gumick puppets in photon, galaxy decks as they are free rank 8s. So i found that pretty intresting, as you can set up stuff like titanic galaxy easily and other stuff. No idea if its good tho.
If youve really turned to the darkside you'll play True Draco which is basically hipster stun, its also one of the most budget decks requiring only 1 UR 😉
TD would be a good way to learn chain link activation management and yea it’s super cheap. Mine uses only one copy of MP so it’s only 4 URs with the one MP and three Solemns. If you don’t pick up chain link management then the deck isn’t nearly as good. If played smartly, it’s hard to beat.
just sayin masterpeace is legal now just sayin 60 ur max for the deck 300 sr jus sayin also you dont need ghost veil for gimmick puppet especially as a 1 of, if anything i'd drop it for another droll or add some triple tactics if you got em and drop like one or two of the n rarity lvl 4
Sadly I have to be that guy who tells you the tcg is not that accessible at a competitive level usually. There had been many past formats where there was but in recently years there is always some staple that you have to play in everything in the main or side or just some archetype secret rare that is expensive. depending on what you play it can be somewhat accessible but the tcg is among most players is at a point where we constantly complain about pricing of the tcg. And I 100% agree the tcg is too expensive and we really need the ocg rarity system. As much as I the tcg is too expensive, I do think they do reprints decently well.
Yeah the physical card game is in a terrible state friend your correct it's sad because it's one of the best card games ever it's just so expensive and punishing for the average broke boy😂😂 I haven't even tried to build anything competitive in 8 years master duel is where it's at ..multiple accounts any deck you want and it's honestly a lot more interactive ..can't beat it man 😅
@@WeebyCards Yeah reprints do end up bringing those staples down, but it takes a while. For a while before ash got reprinted, she was $30 a pop lmao. Hell, her quarter century rare (that i managed to pull) still goes for around $200
for the love of god, please take a little time to learn the gimmick puppet lines before you record a video for them. It's a deck where everything's gotta be done just right to get the most out of

I got exoida yesterday and this morning i feel your pain
I will have no choice but to use tenpai and red eyes dark dragoon
I'm currently flipping between playing White Forest Labrynth and Runic Paleo.

Anybody hating a yugioh card art is lameeeee. They always look incredible

Ghost Belle on can be purchased in the shop as a bundle deal card
When you hummed Edge’s theme song at 21:00? I honestly hummed too bc I don’t know the whole thing either🤣
🤣🤣

The Heel turn has begun 😈
This gonna be me soon if i meet another player who just randomly has red eyes dragoon and thats their only source of "skill"

That's funny. i was about to comment status on the albedo card, lol. Also, the cyber dragon player forgot about general raiho effect that's tragic.
Bro has been pushed to the dark side
12:26 dude me too dead ass
yeah its a complete different vibe, the one is saving money and the other is wasting it 😅
I´ve seen people run the horus engine, because they´re all level 8 and they can also bait negates from the opponent.

I think I have that same cloak, but in red, blue, and grey.
Switching deck depends on my mood
I dont know much bout gimck puppets but i seen some people using gumick puppets in photon, galaxy decks as they are free rank 8s. So i found that pretty intresting, as you can set up stuff like titanic galaxy easily and other stuff. No idea if its good tho.
I'm loving rivals, I'm a iron fist, scarlet witch, magic guy myself
That one bad day 😂😂
Happy holidays yall 🎉❤️🙏🏿 blessing to you and yours from me and mines 😅
Also what I have available and don't want to get rid of
You should always do the draw for an end with at least two or three level 10 sink rose every time
If youve really turned to the darkside you'll play True Draco which is basically hipster stun, its also one of the most budget decks requiring only 1 UR 😉

Thanks man, appreciate the love! ❤❤❤
Gimmick puppet isn't the dark side, stun is
