Thanks guys! It really is a top spot. The town is beautiful and so close to all of the waterfalls, plus the locals are so friendly - we got chatting to a few on separate occasions for so long. Have fun on your road trip! We missed a few spots so if you make a video we’ll have to check it out 😀
Glad you like them! Thanks so much for your message. This part of NSW is gorgeous too - Bellingen is so authentically boho it would be a great place to live, especially having access to the waterfalls up to the mountain.
It is an awesome part of the country. And one of my favourite national parks! They say 180 million years old but really, no one alive today was there so...
Hey Ben. So glad you like it. What a special place, really looking forward to getting back for a visit when were ago in NSW. Oh yes you'll have to let us know where they are, swimming when the weather is warm would be perfect!
The youtube algorithm isn't doing you guys justice! The film quality is amazing, the videos entertaining and both of you seem like awesome people! I was travelling in Australia from January to april, and had to leave early because of the whole pandemic, but Id love to come back at the end of this year and buy/build my own overland vehicle to travel australia again but for a longer period! But thats if the situation allows ofcourse, anyway keep up the good work, and youtube will start to pick up on you guys!
Hey Dan. Oh wow, thanks heaps for your kind words. We’re really trying to keep improving each video and focus on the video production (which means the vids take ages to edit lol) so it means a lot when we hear that people appreciate it 😀 Really hope you get to come back, we would massively recommend doing the whole lap. We realise the more you see, the more there is to see. What kind of rig would you look at? Having the van is awesome as we can leave it and go off road but we’d love to convert a unimog too 😍

Its way up there compared to most channels if you ask me, and sometimes leaving a bit of the rough footage in there makes it feel even more realistic in a way? I don't know if you've seen the youtube series called "hasta alaska" from a British guy travelling from Chile to alaska in a van, but especially his early videos were really rough but I believe they still did awesome, and I enjoyed every single one of them. Anyway, idk where I'm going with this, but I believe that you shouldn't have to focus on video quality alone and see what the youtube algorithm wants! Your whole video looks like a professional movie, which dont get me wrong is amazing, but like you said takes a lot of time to produce. I'm no expert ofcourse, but i believe youtube loves a steady upload schedule, and the more you post the better. But that means the production quality goes down. Its all about finding the happy medium 😅 so, I think you guys would be fine if you add a bit more flog style footage walking trails and what not and have parts of your awesome editing in between if that makes sense. Try to find out what the algorithm wants, the video quality you produce is already awesome! Ive been to every state, but not having your own vehicle means you either have to miss out on a lot of cool places, or pay a lot for rushed tours. I used the greyhound bus to travel from Sydney to cairns and do as many things in between as I could, then took a very long greyhound ride to alice springs to see uluru and go from alice to adelaide. We then rented a camper to do the great ocean road, go to grampians and then on to Melbourne. From Melbourne we took a flight to perth and there we rented a camper again to see the wave rock and then drive up towards Broome. However, we only made it to Coral Bay when we had to go back to perth to fly back home early, got one of the only flights left haha. I'm a mechanic and carguy myself so I'm quite picky on what vehicles I get. But I'm really digging the landcruiser j70 troopy, id love to convert one of those into a overlander!
Aw thanks! We enjoy learning new techniques and seeing what works in the edit. Not sure if you make vids but we find its such a cool and fun way to document travels. We'll check out the Hasta Alaska channel, it sounds like some serious inspiration. Definitely agree RE the algorithm, and we have a heap of videos filmed, now we need to get on top of our editing! It sounds like you'll have managed to get a real sense of the country and a feel for where you'd like to travel to and spend more time in when you travel next. Our friends are currently converting a Troopy. They seem like really reliable cars that run for years! Plus they look very cool. Keeping our fingers crossed for you that you make it back and can travel freely! This year has been a funny year to travel with borders opening and closing, but it just means being more flexible and going with the flow. Which can never be a bad thing :) S&D
Ahhh nope we are definitely still adventuring and filming. We’ve been staying in pretty remote places and had a crazy schedule for a while so editing fell behind. Later this month we should have more vids to share 🙌🙌 (aiming for more regular posting in the new year 🤞☺️)
जय गोंडवाना, जय जोहार 🙏🙏🌳🌾🌴
Thanks for love ❤️
Great video! Pls keep them coming.
Thanks Bruce! More videos are coming. Post Xmas we should have quite a few to share and are aiming to be more regular with our uploads 🤞
