    still a little jumpy at the top of the turn, is there a way to smooth that out ?

    what was the model number of the drok converter?

      I see the prices have gone up on Amazon. The one I used here is a Dork 2596 and they are about $13. I would now go with the HiLetgo LM2596, 2 for about $11 on Amazon. Hope this helps. Jack

      @@LS3Jack Thanks for the reply jack. I'm building an HO scale Walthers Oil well. I plan on using a 12 volt DC, 1 amp wall wart and then use the HiLetgo LM2596 to reduce to about 4 volts DC. Do you think the oil well motor can handle it? The oil well motor is rated 12 volts DC and .25 Amps.
