Hi everyone :) It’s been a while, but I’m back again with a black colored foods challenge! That sushi dinner really was pretty incredible. I’m thinking about even maybe doing clear/transparent foods next time.. what do you guys think?

What Do You Want yeah, I’ve been to both Chinese and Japanese grocery stores, but it looks more like a chinese grocery store. And knowing that Inga is Taiwanese, probably lol(I’m chinese)
I love how much effort she puts into videos like this. she actually cooks with the food instead of going to the store, finding a food with packaging the right color and eating it as is.
Destiny Young technically charcoal IS natural and I’ve seen a lot of people just use charcoal when they want to eat black foods (hence, why I commented) 😐
At least if they use squid ink or charcoal they are using natural colors... I hate those videos where people go to the supermarket to try to find foods in the color for the challenge and then end up either eating foods which are not the color (brown colors or foods which packaging is black) or using artificial coloring. I think this video was one of the best I've watched though, for me, this is what the challenge should be about, even the boba which had some white in it was great. I also love that she put a spin on the challenge to include foods from her culture.
When lunch was over and I saw no alvin I was devastated. Then alvin left a black cookie and I was "oh yeah that's fine then". THEN you guys went for boba and I was smiling non stop. A tradition being kept 👍

Black Forest cake is named after the cherry liquor, which is named after a region... I've seen ones where the layers are pretty dark with lots of chocolate and black cocoa powder, but that's not a requirement.

@@gnubaum9768 oh yeah there are very few things it cant be used for, it actually is still used as treatment for ingested poisoning, I dont know many ambulances that still carry the stuff, its absolutely vile, but it's still one of the treatments we are taught to administer as emts (once we consult the doc of course)
One thing I love is that of all of the people so far I've seen do the challenge *you actually DO the challenge* You did such a good job, and explain all of your choices and it's wonderful to watch. Thanks for actually keeping to the spirit of it, and just being awesome Inga :D
Silke chicken is actually a LOT tastier than white/yellow chickens. The chicken breasts are so much better and not as dry, and it’s a lot more healthier uwu
You did the best job on this challenge that I have ever seen anyone do :) Most people ate a ton of junk food and some of them actually didn't eat totally black food. Great job :)
