You can only do the multi views when logging into the camera via IP in a browser. Those functions are not available with the NVR. That is why the fisheye has a micro SD slot, they work better separate from NVR.
I'm having similar issues. I can view the camera in Hik-Connect (android app). When I click the button to see the views (the button with the ciircular icon) it tells me device not supported. I'm able to log into camera web interface and do this. My camera is connect thru a NVR and I'm accessing it from the app thru the NVR, Could this be my issue?

I follow instructions but still offline
If it is in DHCP in networking and connected to live internet, it will be online.
Also go into advanced settings to make sure Hik-Connect is enabled.
