Quebec is not officially a bilingual province. The only official bilingual province in Canada is New Brunswick. Quebec's only official language is French and they go to any extent to preserve it. That said, yes, in Montreal you do encounter people speaking English. If you are not aware of French and switch to English, many people do respond to in English. I live in Montreal so telling you based on facts and experience.

@@dummyaccount6230 Singapore is only good for a foreign bachelor. I am a foreigner and got kids. It is tough here when you have kids. Schools are so expensive for foreigners and have to get your own medical insurance. Even my company insurance is not that good. Rentals here is just the same in Vancouver too, actually both countries are alike. I just find it way better there since if I get PR there we can buy our own home and can drive. Here is so difficult to get PR, your home is not even yours forever too. Well anyway I made too many comparisons and it is way better for us to move there.

Common, I am not saying that there are no other choices, but not matter what your best bet as far as long term economic prosperity in Canada will always be the GTA and Southern Ontario. Within that region you will have many good choices, some which over much more affordable housing, but are still connected to the GTA/Southern Ontario economy. The moment the COVID restrictions are lifted the employment rate will go back up.

@In The North - Canada - Hi guys, thanks for your video. I have one question about my NOC code. For example, I have 7 years of experience. In which 4 years is in NOC 2171 and 3 years is in NOC 2172. Which one should I key in express entry system? As my experience is across both the NOC codes, but express entry allows us to key only one NOC code, wat can be done in this case?

You can include all 7 years of experience. But for the purpose of choosing your primary NOC code you have choose one of them. So choose the one in which you have the most experience
