Oshawa is 30 minutes away from Toronto at night when there is no traffic on the highways 🛣. On a regular day and during peak hours it’s can take up to 90 minutes
Those were great options 30 years ago but not the case anymore, every highway leading into the city is a grid locked nightmare and the houses are only marginally cheaper. AVG home price right now in Woodstock (too far to even commute) is $530,000 because of all the city people moving there and getting into bidding wars. I was hoping this video would show other cites around the country that aren't dealing with this craziness. Show Halifax, St Johns, Calgary, Moncton, Winnipeg etc
House prices in guelph are going up real fast. In 1 yr a 430 townhouse now sells for 560k. If you check out zolo u will see many selling way over asking price right now. Interest rates are real cheap now and the toronto crowd is fleeing to the subhurbs in search of more value for their money.
We recently moved to Waterdown in Hamilton which 5kms away from Aldershot. very upcoming area!! Hamilton core is very inaccessible to Toronto as 403 is always busy!! Would become better when Confederation Go is completed!!
Burlington is definitely more closer to Highways and have better accessibility. But we haven't found Budget Houses in this city and therefore kept it out of option. Thanks for opinion.
I subscribed your channel and thanks for using English it shows u are not selfish, May God bless you and your family ,and God bless 49 ignorant who dislikes
Yeah ~ when my dad retired here in the US, he found a family home at 2000 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, a family loft, a living room with a full size kitchen, including a receiving and formal dining room all for 175 grand. The only other state I know with a housing price like Canada is California. The only big difference is the weather between the two.
That's because India is the youngest country in the world (65% population < 30 yrs) and produces the highest number of fresh Engg. and professional graduates every year. Even China is behind India in professional manpower generation annually. So graduates and professionals who look at starting their careers in other countries for better prospects are bound to be more from India
Richi and Deepak.. This video is really awesome, your focus on creating vlogs on housing/renting is what make your channel unique. Thanks a lot for this informative video. If you could consider making a similar blog for Vancouver, it will be great.
Hi... thank you for sharing. Appreciate your efforts. Msg from Qatar. Can you make a video about Newfoundland? I received an invitation thru pnp. But couldn’t able to explore more about the province. I’m working as RN in Qatar. Thanks in advance..
Hamilton was high on crime rates based on some of the websites and many of my friends highlighted it. Has things changed now for moving with family? Would you know?
Wowww....this is amazing and very very detailed...thanks so much for this great research and knowledge..surely I n kids would settle in one of these cities if we looking at Toronto Province...Thanks Again
Migrates to Toronto back in early 2000s and now live and work in US. AH best decision and now seeing how life in Toronto and GTA is no chance. Live and Work in US

If you could make a video on opportunities of Brand and Marketing professional in Canada will be great pleasure. Waiting for your video.
Great Content and research did by Richi and Deepak. Dear friends, Plz, tell me about ITES / BPO & Logistics Based jobs and in what provinces these jobs will be available. And advice at my age is 43 with 16 years experience and my wife is 39 working in Govt services in TN state. My wife is the primary applicant and I am dependent. Thanks.
wow you guys are great and thanks a lot for sharing these valuable inputs. I’m planning to move to Canada next year. I’m a fashion designer by profession. Could you suggest places that have fashion job opportunities
Thank you Marilyn, and welcome to CP community. TORONTO, VANCOUVER are your best choices..but yeah, cities around big cities have many options for job as well..
I wouldn't suggest Canada for fashion-design opportunities..the prominent cities for anyone pursuing a career in the fashion-industry would be New York City, Paris, or London**
Pls make videos on jobs n business . What are the most demanding Jobs n business in Canada . Also job scopes of electrical engineers and primary teachers
Oakville is way expensive..whitby is great town for families, its safe, under budget and closer to Toronto.. Its more white town, you won't find much diversity there.

Hi, Thank you for the useful video. Is the home prices in each cities that you mentioned is a single family detached home or semi-detached home(which is also called town home or row house)?
It's kind of interesting the criteria described or at least highlighted in beginning, do not include school district. In my humble opinion, school district and especially kids going for drug counselling should be the main criteria. I would live in smaller house to meet my budget but would not live in big house with pathetic school district.
Can you suggest the environment of Lethbridge as I am planning to shift over there next year. Is it a good option to settle with family??? Please guide
Probably 2 hours each way. You have to get to the train, onto the train, onto subway or bus to get to work, then repeat going home. Just stay in KW and find a job around there.
I am a dual resident of the US 🇺🇸& Canada 🇨🇦 . Trust me Canada is a shittiest country when it comes to real estate. Be it Toronto or Waterloo the prices are exorbitant. Thanks to Chinese investment and government that failed to protect the affordable housing. A $1M home in GTA is just $400K-$500K in California(except SF & LA).

Good video but one correction. Oshawa is 30 minutes from Pickering and about an hours drive from Toronto.
Good to see a well researched content which is a rare luxury on TH-cam sometimes

Thanks Raymond. Housing is a matters to all. And that's why we tend to make videos in English.
Oshawa - Toronto by train can take anywhere from 1hr or even 1hr 30 mins. That's a bit of commute per day.
Yeah, it’s depend upon how flexible you are with commute.
Thank you for the useful information shared..Good luck!

The amount of Indians moving to Canada and making videos lol is insane😂😂😂
Most of these are it folks with not a lot to do after work but hey they are helping people so thumbs up
And so?
Canada is overly accepting and India is overly populated lmao that’s the reason
@@thepizzaelf idk, I only see Indians and not enough of other immigrants
