I wanna see a podcast with Dylan mccool, pole barn garage, junk yard digs, craig, and others cause all the content these dudes make is awesome
100% agree
Don't forget seeperdude, thunderhead289, and Tom's refurb.
Can't leave out puddin 😊
I wanna see them all do an annual meet up. All the TH-cam fellers and fellets. That would be EUGE.
Been to pole barn house, very cool and genuine guy
This build series is so incredibly legit. I obviously love the content from years ago, but this is on a new level.
Keep it Flowing Craig. The truck is coming along nicely 😊😊
the stool as a transmission jack is genius lol
As a Minnesotan I approve of the floor!
While your at it. Might as well make the interior. ,nice and comfortable.....
while your at it, might as well get a Dakota digital gauge cluster…
While your at it, might as well put a vintage air kit in.
Pole Barn Garage would be proud of that floor pan patch.
Dalton dosnt use seam sealer and he does the entire thing by hammering a piece of sheet steel into shape, i think he would call Craig an overachiever
your floor repair reminds me of my first floor repair on a 69 chevy C10 that held up for many years. we have a saying for down and dirty repairs: "no one from Brodnax will see it!"
Love this truck, can't wait to see it complete
Me too!!
@@Thecraig909 Haha, let's be honest, they're never "done"
trucks,trucks,and more trucks love it
I started watching your videos because I'm a Ford fanatic. Your progression has been fun watch. Keep doing the dang thing.
Looks nice Craig.
I really like that Body Styling.
Thanks for sharing. 👍
This is the first video I've seen in years that had the old school craig909 feel. Back when everything was budget built. It's nice that you have all the sponsors and all but I definitely miss the more reliable content.
A carpet would be a basic necessity in a truck I’m spending that much time in. Makes it so much nicer to ride in and isn’t that much more work.
PBG approved floor repair! 😂
Can't wait to see her rip! 👍
You should have gave Dalton a shout out for help on that floor, he’s a pro with the self tappers.😂
God it’s fun to you guys work on old trucks like these.

small note, the steering column plate (with the band clamp) that attaches to the firewall, they're different heights for manual & power steering, which I see you mentioned at the end of the video. Doing the PS upgrade on my 65 F100, I had the original column shortened by a steering column shop & new bearings installed.
I have a sound core speaker similar to that. I use it working at home, work, and in my car driving at least 2 hours a day. Mine is possibly a previous model, but it's lasted about 4 years so far. Works well in everything but my Mustang, which is really loud
Rear bench seats from 99-03 suberduty fit great use your old sliders. Have them in two of my bumsides a lot more comfortable.
You know you could make a ton of of content with this truck. I would love to see you put this thing on a Superduty frame with four wheel drive and a Godzilla or a 6.7.Now that would be cool at the next car show.
I did my 67 F100 floor the same way and it was solid as a rock 40 years later when I sold it.
License plates are mandatory for a floor repair like that!😂
Back in the day I used to have a 67 Mercury Cougar with a 390 in it and it had the Dan Gurney special package in it heavy brakes heavy suspension and the chrome valve covers and air cleaner the valve cover said powered by Ford but I never knew that these Mercury valve covers existed up until this point 30 years later I would have loved to have taken those had them chromed and put them on the car I did not know these existed until this day
Good ole fashion Minnesota rust lol. Nice touch leaving the plate.
If and when you redo the floor a modern OD trans would be stellar!
Great video, cant wait to see it running and hauling. Floors are a good temp fix. Im in Alabama, I would have to put A/C in it. Love the truck. 👍👍👍
You arent supposed to use GL5 gear oil in these transmissions, It will eat up all the brass bushings inside there. It should be using GL4, which can be a pain to find.
Yay. I got my 909 shirt today. Just got home from slinging parts for leprechauns 🍀 and a new Ford vid to watch. Rad 🤙🏻
I did the same thing about 6 months ago to my '76 K10. But my floor and fire wall was WAY better 😂 I POR15 the rusty spots, made small patch panels , seam sealed and used sheet metal screws. It's a future ME problem now 😂
OMG, love the small "explore Minnesota"!
I took the seat bench and back to the car wash and blaster it with the high pressure wand. I am in California and it is HOT so it dried out fast. F-250 1993
Fantastic. Good temp fix
Gold pulley caps would be sweet or some gold hardware on them. Looking sweet though
Great Projects. Jim from Anchorage Alaska
That's one of them temporary fixes that turns into a permanent fix. Lol love it
Watching the video and I saw you putting on the flywheel and thought to myself where is the starter plate. Clutch went on no starter spacer plate bell housing going and wow there is the starter spacer plate. I thought you fess up to your mistakes.
Better get a heatshield on that starter to make it last.
Would love to see some sort of podcast with you and buddies. Just talk about builds and stuff to come. Curious what the plan is for the fox…
Im sure you know this but the windshield seal leaks on bump and dent fords rotting the floors out. You can see the rust streaks going down the kick panels from the water over the years when it still lived in Tennessee
Roadkill came up with it, but I live it. “Don’t get it right, just get it running”
Craig, talk about ending on cliff hanger! Truck looks great!!! Any update coming on a certian car that was waiting for paint?
I can fully understand why you would want to redo the interior and not worry about the floor I just have a request whatever you do Don't take the camper off of the bed and Start fixing the bed or even the camper.
Build a cleveland brother!!
Floor looks good from my house with shades on brother 😎😂 a carpet would make a huge difference with road noise for road trips 👍🏽
Man again you are killing it Good job. My youngest son just got an 94F150 with a 302 in it now Looking to punch it up a little and still stay straight legal or I should say California legal
Try disassembly of the starter to remove and installing
I got a starter blanket for my starter on my 360FE it was a life saver because the headers were killing starters left and right. With my new 431 stroker I wrapped my headers but I'm still going to have the starter blanket as well.
No rust, it never sleeps. That's why my new truck is all aluminum.😊🙋👍
great stuff guys thanks
Such an awesome transformation with this truck from when I first saw it at dylons place. Great job man!
The videos on this truck have been a perfect example of the "while ur in there" curse 🤣
Congrats on the Autotopia LA spot..
This was so enjoyable to watch, can’t wait for more
Love the trucks and the bug, but it’s time to get back on that Mustang
I did not see you put the plate on between the flywheel and block. Did I miss something?
I need a small block killer t shirt. I know you got extras laying around
CRAIGGGGGGGGG
also my long hauler shirt just got here and it looks awesome. Thanks buddy 🤝
Glad you like it!
Hell yeah qweg didn't want to mess with Texas, Texas approved
Looking good guys .
Yes indeed Absolutely Awesome
Looking good Craig!
Your absolutely right about the clutch
I don’t care how it looks I just want it to work!
Terrible camioneta, buen proyecto
eh estado esperando la continuacion de este videoy de la tranformacion de la camioneta esta bien fina,y un gran trabajo saludos y sigan a si,saludos desde uruguay..🛻🛻🛻
Hell yeah I was 999 l. Keep going Craig!
I have a 1971 ford f-250 with a 360 and a 3 speed auto. I’m looking to do some upgrades to make it a little faster. Any recommendations?
Like dalton from pbg said self tappers make everything easier
those Merc valve covers are hard to find....they look good with the gold paint.
what i’m watching during my power outage
@Thecraig909 in the future, the stick shift pulls out of the top of the transmission, push down on the retainer and twist about an 1/8 of a turn and the stick comes out, you don’t always have to pull the top cover off
We gotta get you a right rear door for this thing
It’s a while where here moment. let’s patch it 😂
So Craig I have a 77 power wagon with a 360 in it sadly been bored 60 over is there anyway I can fix the overheating problem and get a little more hp and rpm out of it without getting a new engine. Also it is a granny 4 speed truck with all time 4x4
I'm not gonna judge you on the floor, but I sure as hell am gonna judge you on that once was 4 inch cutoff wheel, its time to change that thing lol
Will that caterpillar on your lip turn into a Monarch butterfly someday.
A temporary floor repair requires road signs
"We are not redoing the interior." Proceed to tear interior out and look at rust and go. Well guess since we are here.
Craig, might I suggest going to harbor freight and looking at the plasma 45 titanium. Not sure if it would be worth it but look into it. Ive since got one and use it for cutting my sheet metal for my f150, works a lot better than a cut off wheel
Sickkk
Good day young man.
I’d just try and find a new cab
I mean some fresh carpet wouldnt be bad ijs craig but i respect your choices
YEEEEEEEESSSSSSS new video!!!!!
Our truck my dad used to drive when I was in the was a 70 Ford F-250 360fe auto lite 2bbl 2100 and it had a heavy flywheel because it was a 1 1/4 ton dumptruck borg warner bulldog 4spd manual shift transmission
Truck could take off with no gas in 3rd gear that was impressive for a dana 60 4.56 geared truck, and i had a buddy with a 70 Ford f100 302 2bbl manual shift transmission 3spd on the column it simply was not taking off if it was not in 1st gear
Yes . ( my ford f350 utility service 1978 ) -- France -
Does a floor rust when you cant see it?
Been waiting!!!
22:00 come on do the floors
While I’m here changing the windshield washer fluid, might as well do a full rotisserie restoration.🫨
MY EYES! MY EYES BURN, Cwaig in shorts
what AN fittings are those for the Steering Box?
What did you use to paint the frame?
Saw you on autotopia la and subbed.
An video of f100 on autotopic
U guys are the aussie Ricky gervais and Karl pilkington
I figured you'd put FordEra mats in it.....
@TheCraig909 I know this isnt exactly the place to say this but if you're reading this Craig, my Foxbody shirt faded HARD in only like 4 washes. Idk what the issue is but the back image is almost gone. Super bummed.
And watch vice grip garage and see how Derek patches fenders and holes in the floor and the bed floor, like lawsuit if anyone knows what im referring to...
Lmfao f yeah Craig! I was hoping you’d use some license plates! Haters ligma
