Because of the culture settings in most African countries,if a man becomes vulnerable and opens up ,some of the men feel insecure to do that thinking that the lady will think he is weak but thats a wrong mentality.I believe strong men are vulnerable ones.

My Dad was the only one i was free to ask for anything from. And it affects me tikl now. I cannot ask anyone else for money. When he died it got tough for me so I learnt to work hard to fend for myself cos i can't ask anyone else but prefer to give. At 41 am just trying to learn to change when my Dad has been gone for the past 19 years which will be 20 years next month.

A lot of pastors always speak as though they really understand women instead of saying that in their case, they found someone who understood them and were willing to tolerate their shortcomings so every little thing they decide to do for their wives , she appreciates it and magnifies that kind gesture just to fuel their egos and all of a sudden they feel like they’re the best marriage counselors. Have you married a woman/ man from a dysfunctional home before?
At some point, I heard the Apostle saying, that men should submit their phones, before they begin to talk to their wives, but I want to know if people are beginning to say, that they should not be holding their mobile phone or even looking at it when someone is talking to them. Please I need an answer.

It was after my dad died that I began hugging her...showing her love. I realised I had it naturally but the avenue wasn't created back then. Now it's what I do when I see my mother often
