This is the reason why Christian have the worst case of divorce among all religion. Marrying one wife did not guarantee happy life for a man. If God your creator cant certified woman who are you to ever think you can certified her? As a man my advice is that plan for your own future plan not to be dependent on your children if they give anything it will only be a bonus.
A man should never be dependent on his children. His role is to be the head. He should aspire to leave a bountiful legacy for his children and their children.
Appetites are controllable, you can satisfy it today and tomorrow it comes back. If it's possible to live with your relatives without sexually molesting them then it's possible to do the same for non relatives. Secondly God gave many appetites another is for food but we can't just eat anyhow those who do it bear painful testimonies of dangers of not being temperate plus many other appetites. Another point is God made one man and one woman from the beginning! And one wife is actually enough for one man! But weak men allow the appeal of their appetites to control them..... Thirdly do not be wise in your own eyes..... especially being wiser than the word of God for the bible calls it.... Having more wives also comes with more problems btw it's not like u have got a heaven!! Noooo as a man you ought to provide for them equally if one grumbles then jealousy, hatred, war and death may come near your door or btn your wives/children, and as you may have it you can never control a person like a non living being, first they're wise maybe even more than you as a man...and if something/ someone is not in control it's not safe to stay near! Have you ever had a dog which turned rabied? It doesn't obey the master and bites anyone.
