And i don't think you're upper begginer but an intermediate learner . Your pronunciation is good and you've been learning Korean for a long time , you can understand at least half of Korean conversation , you've probably studied so much vocabulary so far . Enjoy learning Korean language I'm learning it but only watching kdramas 🙈😂 kinda get bored of grammar and vocabulary.

I want to study Korean but I'm confused on what to start with
I recommend you start with Hangeul/The Korean alphabet! It’s really useful and makes it much easier! You can use duolingo (sorry if that is spelled wrong lol) and drops for the alphabet. Next you can do grammar and vocabulary!

rn im 13 and im a begginer in learning korean, i wanna speak fluently..so how many years would it take me to learn it..?
you're still very young. it can take 6-7 months to 4 years. it can change according to your study routine. don't worry about how much it'd take, just start to learn. since you're still very young you have a lot of time to learn. good luck!
