Three Nigerians came to Ghana , Volta Region to be presice and posed as missionary pastors. They ended up at a local restaurant and we're fed for free after they told the owner they were stranded missionary pastors. They told the owner who was a woman they were expecting others who would pay for all expenses. She gave them guest rooms , introduced them to her daughter and they were all living like a big family even though they were strangers. After 3 weeks , she asked them when the others would come to pay for all their expenses since she's been feeding them all along. 1 month passed, 2 months passed and yet nobody came. One night they took off without telling her and kidnapped her 17yr old daughter along. They ditched their phones and took off to a different region. The woman almost lost her mind after finding out they've eloped with her daughter. She called her daughter's line but it wasn't going thru, the police searched for weeks and yet nothing. All this while , this fake missionary Nigerian pastors who were fed free and given accommodation freely paid her back by kidnapping her daughter and raping her each and every night. She was raped by all three anytime they felt like having sex, she was beaten and assaulted anytime she questioned them or tried doing anything to escape. She got pregnant and was forced to abort. These horrible creatures were caught after a year of kidnapping the poor innocent girl and told the Police every thing they did to her. I know Ghanaians commit crimes but in Ghana , there are certain crimes we don't even have the heart to commit.

Nigerians has always been part and contributed to Ghanaian economy. And, Ghana has always treated Nigerians with respect, but Ghana is also a country of laws and order. And, you can’t bring the same attitude from Nigeria to Ghana because the law will deal with you drastically, the same way it deal with Ghanaians. If a Nigerian go to Ghana and do Sakawa or Yahoo in Ghana, the IP address will show as Ghana to the international world. That’s destroying the country’s reputation and the government won’t let this happen. Good Nigerians continue to enjoy the hospitality of Ghanaians and nobody is harassing them

    My fellow Nigerians.
I'm actually pleading, its not a game. We ain't the only country in Africa, the world is watching and listening. Its really difficult identifying yourself as a Nigerian when you leave our shores. The title bring up dark thoughts and images in foreigners. Like, I always heard it from people but I found it to be very true when I left. Sometimes I feel lying I'm Jamaican. We all know Nigeria is a challenging place to live but there's always dignity in labour. Stay legit, returns could be slow but it's worth it.
I can understand the emotions behind some of the comments from Ghanaians below, its logical. Some other are just hate speeches but then, what do we know..........

LOL nice interview but 2009 Nigerian Naira wasnt bigger than the cedi... 2009 Ghana cedi was close to the US Dollar. after the 2007 redenomination... so that 2009 statement wasnt true. Anyway i always say that the money issue is a funny thing to say.. Nigerian Naira is a stronger and better currency than the Ghana cedi for investment and trade purposes.. the main differences between Ghana and Nigeria that has caused many Nigerians to move to Ghana is a better economy, safety, better health care and mainly, better education.. thats all! the Naira isn't Nigeria's problem its a good currency. the mere exchange rate means nothing.

Wow! This is strange news to me. Let's face facts. In the early 70s, Nigeria was in a war. Our wicked Ghana prime minister called Busia drove millions of Nigeria out of Ghana to face oblivion. God was not pleased. He punished Ghana to go into servitude in Nigeria. Unfortunately, Nigeria did not forgive but repaid Ghana by driving then out in haste. God was not pleased with that so Nigeria's upheaval started. Economy tumbled, currency plummeted, the young are hungry for 419 money, and many eating such filthy things to get wealth, If Nigeria should repent, and ask God for forgiveness, God will raise up Nigeria quickly. Ghana should also learn to forgive Nigeria and keep on growing.

I live in the US and I can only understand 10% of the things they say, I wonder why. Is it because their English is awful, or is it because they're using a language other than English?
