The house is beautiful, but there was literally only one bedroom big enough to fit a proper bed, yet it still wasn't big enough to fit 2 night tables. Also that backyard is a voyeur's dream....
Love the down stairs and back yard but upstairs is a bit small
The house is very beautiful. However, I felt the people who put the furniture in just threw things together. Especially the basement. The use of space is okay, but could be a lot better. Overall I like it.

No one "owns" the home. It's staged. Selling the home probably from the builder is the whole point of the video.

I think the first thing one would like to know is the price; unless you have an unlimited budget in that case you wouldn't search for a house in Newmarket

The upstairs bedrooms were a disappointment as the furniture used did not high light the rooms and those built in what Evers in two the rooms were what they made the third and fourth bedrooms look to small down stairs nice flow

This is a nice home for a family who has small children and they don’t need a lot of space. Seems like the rooms can fit a queen bed at most. Would not be ideal for someone who is really tall and needs a larger bed. Master bedroom did not impress either

The backyard, basement, laundry room, and kitchen are lovely. But the upstairs bedrooms are way to small. And the way the home is decorated can be done with more thought.

All the features and spaces of a luxury home, but room sizes have been seriously sacrificed in order to pack all the features into a small footprint. The front profile with triple garages gives the impression of a more spacious home.

I really liked the downstairs and the exterior but the master bedroom and bath are kinda small and the bedrooms are super tiny! Other than that the downstairs looks amazing! The flooring is incredible and there seems to be a new perk around every corner! O Canada, you’ve done it again with another beautiful home☺️

I dont like the entrance why do you have to enter in a facade like that the entrance door should be in line with the garage door ,no more entrance hall like that should be stairs then entrance door thats in line with the garage door.

The outside is prettier than the inside. The floors don't match and the house doesn't flow. It's too cluttered. The kitchen upgrades don't match the style of the house. Needs professional staging. The outside is prettier sad and disappointing.

The staging was crazy! 6 different styles of patio furniture and even inside it was modern and old with no cohesiveness at all. Whoever picked the main floor tile when this was built or renovated should be shot.

Tam Daly agreed but homes look way better when the people living in them love each other and are happy. You can always buy wood and marble but there is no love factory.
