I like this house. Rooms are in good size, the curtains is perfect, the dining and the family room perfect FOR entertaining . The laundry. Over all I LOVE IT. The Wine cellar SOLD!!!!

Everything is beautiful, but in the basement I would have just two rooms, not broken it up into three: A movie/entertainment room and made the home gym much larger!
That house is HUGE.
The kitchen is my favorite, I also like the little shower, you can use it for pets after the come outside from playing and stuff!

A beautiful home. I love the servery (or butler's pantry) between the kitchen and dining room. Sadly. . . not a book to be had in the library. I guess when it comes to staged homes,
that would be a lot of effort to put into a single room.
I’ve sold 6 houses and the number 1 rule of real estate when you’re selling your home is to not have any personal items on display. Your not supposed to make potential buyers feel like it’s your home, but rather one that they could see themselves living in. We had to rent a storage unit to strip our house of personal photos, items and most furniture to make it look like a model home. It definitely is not to purge the home of ethnic references, especially since it’s mostly large ethnic families who would be interested in a large beautiful home.
