Sumikat itong cover na ito nung highschool ako. G na g ako gawing theme song namin ito nung crush ko noon kasi akala ko magiging kami because of constant texting and telebabad. Until I asked her to be my girl -- which she declined. Ayun. Basted. From then on, I found this song very tricky because it does not tell whether love will move towards you or away from you. Wala lang 😂😂 obviously, the love I was expecting then moved away from me.

Nina Live! Year 2005 i remember naging anthem to ng lahat ng tao bata, teenager, adult, oldies lahat lss. Naalala ko din nirevive ng mymp to same year din nirelease yung album pero mass sumikat talaga yung kay Nina's version. It took me awhile to listen to original version of Julia Fordham sobrang indenial ako na revive lang pala. I love Julia Fordham too i listen to all of her album. 🥰🥰🥰

I guess what makes me love Nina's voice is how relaxing and soulful she drops each word with its accent kaya hindi sya mahigitan when she sings these songs compared to others. Others can hit high notes and do better but it's no compare to Nina's version. There's something in the way she pronounces and drops each word soulfully and effortlessly. There is the absence of 'trying hard' and her facial expressions will surely press on your heart.
