Never had a voice lesson. No one on his family sang. Saw Frank Sinantra & decided he wanted to do that. Seems like he always had a lot of confidence! Unique voice. Unique man.
Can't get enough of Frankie Valli! I was in 6th grade the first time I heard the Four Seasons & followed them ever since! Frankie Valli is an inspiration ! One can see how he loves performing !He is loved by many & yet his humility stays intact! Bob Gaudio's writing talent in collaboration with Frankie Valli's unique style along with the harmonizing of the Seasons is phenomenal! Hope he stays strong & keeps performing so young people can get a chance to know him & also, understand what it is to be in the presence of a true legend!

I just watched The Jersey Boys live, it was brilliant, funny and applauded as the the songs were sung because we recognized them and because they were sung well. For those too young and not born in time to witness their careers unfold, the show was a treat 🎉by watching the show you know he loved the music and singing.

I have always loved the Four Seasons and fell in love with Frankie Valli as soon as I heard his voice way back in the 60's. I would give anything to see him....that would be a life long dream...
This is among one of the best interviews/biographies of Frankie that i have watched. I just adore him.I know it might sound crazy, but i wish i could have been with Frankie when he looked like he does in this interview. I fell in love with him from afar when we were both younger. I was an attractive singer back then . He looks pretty good for 87. Not many men do.
If you were really Frankie Valli, you would have a special specific check mark on the right side of your name. Everything i said in the comments back then was completely true. We should have met back in the 1960s or 70s or a a few decades after. Its too late now. Life can be cruel sometimes.
I seen the Broadway show two years ago. It was awesome,!!! I will see it again and again, if I could. Now, my daughter plays their music, all the time. You could say these were good songs that you can understand!!will always listen to there music!
Driving to and from the Jersey shore as a kid....this band was part of every trip. The radio was filled with their songs....and the memories of these days at the shore will always remain.
I have been to three of his concerts since 2015, every one is great, the audiences are energized by his music, and I suggest that you find a way to see him in person. Concerts are wonderful!
That's cool! I went to see Jersey Boys in Boston, Massachusetts on August 9, 2009 with my mother and my maternal aunts at the Schubert Theater. Everyone rocked out to the songs.

But I love him and thank him for his wonderful songs. with warm greetings from the land of fier and ice Iceland 🥰😘
You're welcome to come here for a visit. Come see him in Las Vegas. I saw him recently and he even signed my album afterwards which I'm very proud of and have framed it on my wall.
I'm going too finally see the Legend tonite at the Honolulu Blaisedell Concert Hall, which is just Two hours away! My all time fAv songs Sherry and Oh What night since I was a kid, certainly inspired me to become a late bloomer performer now performing for crowds nightly in Waikiki.
Discovered Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons and love them. What harmonies and that incredible voice coupled with such awesome songs. My favorite is walk like a man.
Bob is happy with his life. He doesn't need a lot of recognition. Great marriage & kids. He's a producer for many of Franki's productions. He's a modest guy. What a great combo they made!
On the comment i made before that seems to be missing. I mentioned how handsome he was in this interview and that i was so happy he got his hearing problem taken care of. Again, i say God Bless You, Frankie. ❤💞🍷🍷🎊🎉🎈🎈
He's so legendary, they cloned him and put him on tour. He doesnt even need to open his mouth, blink, nor do any of the normal functions other peasants do since he has reached legendary status.
What did it mean in the video at 18:30 "Frankie grows up and loses his falsetto"? And after that , no followup as expected , instead a performance of Ragdoll compete with the high notes? Was the explanatory segment deleted , as Frankie continued to perform in Concert "singing" the high notes? Much controversy over "Is he really singing or not"? Very hard for me , as I'd assume "not" , since he is to me by far the best singer EVER , but that's life , So much is made about his fantastic falsetto , which it is , but How about the best "regular" singing voice ever - by far!
I just saw the comment i put on here a couple of hours ago. I was just reading what i wrote and now its gone. I think it was a very nice comment. I hope that it wasnt removed by an outsider. There is a very big male celebrity that i do believe has feelings for me , but we have never dated or met in person. I think he would be very jealous if he saw me say something nice to Frankie. I hope you received my comment otherwise i will have to write it again. For all i know he might have deleted other comments i have made about concerts etc. I really hope not. 😱😁😃🤠🤓😎❤
@@jeffclark7888 yup and if they did a modern version of it, I probably wouldn't even want to watch it because everything now has to be soaked to the brim in PC. There was a modern "retake" - not a perm. series - which was barely watchable and predictable as a clock.

I bet the issue with getting his hearing fixed was a combination of him needing technology to catch up with him and then how many Doctors passed because they didn't want to be "the" Doctor that screwed up the "Legend" Frankie Valli's hearing even worse. It had to go through their minds.
Frankie is although talented , he is not so much a legend as the media makes him out to be. All the members of the four season played a part in their success but Frankie decided he could make tons more money by screwing is band and go single. And he did just that. Left them dry and played off their hits as well as a couple come backs that were written by outside writers .

James Darren I think is Italian, also, Frankie Valli had a voice that could never be matched.
James is most definitely Italian - born James William Ercolani.

Nobody sounds like Frankie Valli, he’s one of a kind. Even the guys in Jersey Boys didn’t quite…Hey! Maria Shriver!
Have loved their music for for over 60 na counting!. Just wished the groups composer, Bob Gaudio received more recognition.

I think I must've heard Walk Like A Man when it was a hit, just 2 years before I was born. Have loved them ever since. That otherworldly voice...

That's not how it was portrayed in the musical which, supposedly was 90 + % accurate.
