- The first spot on this show featured Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons doing the always enjoyable 'Stay' we all know so well now but there is an interesting interview with the group and then 'Silence Is Golden.Lee Shapiro's arranging shines through.
This lineup was one of the greatest bands ever. All of them extremely talented.
Loved the interviews with the guys, their personalities were shining through!!!! Thank you for bringing these clips to us!!!!🤩🤩🤩
Another fantastic clip!!!! And showing off the individual members of the Four Seasons Band was great. Thank you.
I didn’t know Rusty the mayor of munchkin land could sing this good
Gerry Polci is a scream. I love strawberries and pineapples. Lol❤
Grease was still on the horizon. That theme song is a masterpiece.
As were the Four Seasons' classic tracks.
Great upload. I've never seen them interviewed before. I didn't realise that Don was such a nerd or that Gerry was such a comic.
Some of Mike's comments re: Lee's jewishness wouldn't go down well today, although I found them cringingly funny ("Someone has to keep books").
When did Frankie stop singing in a falsetto voice? I thought it was before the mid 70s, but obviously not.
PS. Didn’t bands have great hair in the 70s?
Gerry Polci is still performing in 2024. Amazing man!
Where? I thought he retired from the hit men.
@@rman52 gerry polci is under management with Joe Magnetico
He is still amazing with his golden vocals and crazy drumming skills.
@@rman52he is back performing he has done some recent podcasts talking about it and the old days
@@nicoladollard1845 Do you know where to find his tour dates and pod casts? I can't find either. I would like to go see him play.
