Katharine is so beautiful and so glad she is back. She should of never been described as difficult as she was whistle blowing on Grays Anatomy. Love Katherine! Missed her.

I am enjoying Firefly Lane very much. It is so refreshing to watch a series about women growing up in the 70s-80s. Love the dynamic between the two main characters, who happen to be women.

I'm so excited for her!! I loved loved loved her show State of Affairs back 2014, it was such a bummer it wasn't given the chance to grow past 13 episodes. She was so good in Jenny's Wedding and terrifying in Unforgettable which was the first time I think we ever saw this other side to her where she can be the anti-romcom person everyone associates with her. The last 7ish years she's done nothing romance until Firefly and while watching the first episode it was fun to see bits of the romcom, bits of tough as nails, bits of dark, and bits of sexual empowered all come together. I kept getting flashes of Kim Cattrall (not KC playing Samantha in SATC), someone who is different in many ways but I think they have a lot in common and they way they act is very similar. If there's ever a film made in next 20 years about Kim Cattrall or SATC and they need a Kim Cattrall the only person I'll accept is Katherine Heigl.

From India, watched some of her movies Knocked Up, Life As We Know It, Ugly Truth, 27 Dresses during this lockdown period. Only Ugly Truth movie disappointed me. I love how she always carried a normal girl vibe in most of her movies, which could be a drawback for some roles. Became a fan of her and Jack Nicholson.

Strongly disagree Their friendship in the show is incredibly toxic and one sided. I can't believe anyone thinks it is aspirational. The character Kate has saint like patience and tolerance for her. I knew their friendship was going to end from the first episode, and I can not believe that it took as long as it did. My mind is blown that people say it is true friendship, it is not. It was bonded on trauma and was unhealthy from the very start.

I have been a fan of Katherine since My Father the Hero came out. She is a great actress. Drew on the other hand, idk, her voice and the way she talks is annoying. 🤷♀️Here is my two cents for the day.
I loved FIREFLY LANE but I felt like it didn't need a second series??? The series was not all good, it felt forced in her rôle as a huge celebrety really Oprah like. The two actresses were what kept me watching. I usually hate flashbacks, but this was more like an alternation between 3-4 epoque in a friendship.
I don't dislike her, but her name is the most important thing they could talk about... & she still managed to sound smug... blahh
