Thanks for your videos. Very Helpful. Interested in obtaining the bar you are using for my functional trainer. Any specifics on that as far as brand or where to possibly obtain? Thanks

I have the feeling that if I have only one column with the appropriate attatchments, I can do almost all the exercises. Am I correct.

Where do you find that dual attach ez bar? Usually I only see them for a single side

Most of the new functional trainers come with them. Inspire comes with curl bar and a strap belt.

I've been thinking of buying a cable machine, and your three videos make me think that's a good idea. However, if I'm not mistaken, you duplicate many exercises in your third video. Tomorrow I'm going to go back and review all three videos, and I'll then be able to tell you which exercises you show more than once.

I think you'll find the 3rd video is different variations of previous exercises (for example with bar vs with handles, 2 sided vs 1 sided etc)
      Cheers for the feedback :)

      Video 1: 37 exercises, Video 2: 23 exercises, Vice 3: 45 exercises
That's enough for today. Tomorrow I'll alphabetize all of them into one list. Later, I may-probably not--separate them by parts of the body: upper, core, legs. It would be too complicated and too much trouble to break it down further.

      THE END
I typed three lists for the three videos, but I don't know what happened to them, and if they don't show up someplace soon, this project will be FINISHED. However, if I had to do it again, I'd do the following:
      1. Type all 105 exercises on one list
      2. Run the list through an alphabetizing page on the Internet (there are many)
      3. Edit the list to remove duplicates and misspellings
4.Type the following headings in a word processor:
      BODY PART/S VIDEO # /EXERCISE # TH-camLINK EXERCISE NAME
      Triceps !-1 . ???? Triceps Extension
WRONG: I thought I could copy the link for each separate exercise, but that turned out to be impossible. That's a big loss, but you could still show all of the exercises on one alphabetized list, and you could also group the list into sections by body part/s. Those are only some of the things that could be done. Changing the music/sound effects and eliminating the irritating flashes is a personal choice.
