In The Big Score, choose OPTION B: OBVIOUS APPROACH because 1) this approach only required the cheapest crew members and none of them died in this approach provided they are placed in the right position. 2) In OPTION A: SUBTLE APPROACH, an expensive gunman must be chosen. 3) SUBTLE APPROACH required to use bribe while OBVIOUS APPROACH does not need to use bribe at all. 4) Because of the 3 reasons, Trevor, Michael & Franklin earned more money in OBVIOUS APPROACH while they earned less money in SUBTLE APPROACH. In OBVIOUS APPROACH, the recommended crew members are: a) Driver 1: TALIANA MARTINEZ (5%) - She is still the cheapest driver. As Driver 1, she goes with Trevor and pilot the helicopter carrying the gold bars. Due to being a good driver, she is able to pilot the helicopter without any problems. However, she will be attack by Merryweather helicopters which Trevor must stabilise his helicopter so that Lester can shoot them down or else she will die and lost half of the gold bars. b) Driver 2: KARIM DENZ (8%) - He is now a mediocre driver due to gaining experience from The Jewel Store Job and the only cheapest driver left after Taliana is chosen as Driver 1. As Driver 2, he drives the train which carry the gold bars to a secret location once Trevor and Taliana drop the gold bars on the train. Although he is a mediocre driver, this is an easy job and he does it without any problems since this job can be done by anyone including poor driver. c) Gunman 1: HUGH WELSH (7%) - He is the only cheapest gunman left compared to Karl Abolaji, a poor gunman who took 8% cut. As Gunman 1, he goes with Franklin to steal the gold bars from the vault. Although he is a poor gunman, this is an easy job and he does it without any problems since this job can be done by anyone including poor gunman. d) Gunman 2: DARYL JOHNS (6%) - He is now a mediocre gunman due to gaining experience from The Bureau Raid and still the cheapest gunman. As Gunman 2, he goes with Michael to cause a distraction at the Union Depository while Franklin and Hugh steal the gold bars from the vault. Since Daryl is now a mediocre gunman, he gets more kills than before and able to fight alongside Michael and Franklin.
It really annoys me when they get in the car from the passenger side. There was even one mission where they went to the driver's side but ran to the passenger side and got in 🙃
For the obvious approach the skill of the gunmen has no effect on the result of the heist so its best to choose the cheapest crew you have. The cheapest ones are Norm Richards and Daryl Johns. It is essential that you do not really use them prior to the UD as they mess up most other heists they are a part of and die, losing them for the UD.

Trevor is Rahpael because he's always angry and likes to argue a lot with Michael and fight. Franklin is Michaelangelo because he prefers to have more lesire rather than train. Lester is Donatello because he's always happy when they accomplish something, and sometimes, he tells everyone to calm down when they're fighting.

I’ve done the story mode several times now and I noticed a bit of irony here. Trevor calls Michael out for being vain and a glory seeker, but in the mission where they actually scope out the union depository, Trevor agrees with Lester in the helicopter that Michael would be the best guy to draw the attention of the cops because of his ego. So either Trevor’s being a hypocrite here, or he’s purposely trying to antagonize Michael because he’s still pissed at him for lying about Brad.

I picked a taxi as getaway vehicle. But inside the garage I just took one of the police cars instead. Drove to the race track and managed to hide there until the police gave up. Is there actually a way to get into the garage without the cops on your heels? Also I used the cheapest crew possible (taliana, karim, daryl and hugh) and got about 41 million $ without anyone of them dying.
Yup, and they'd follow up on all the other vehicles, too. The choppers taking off from the airfield Trevor always works out of would be a pretty obvious trail for real detectives.

this approach is better get a train, store it at the mine, and deliver the gold. You need to steal a drill and deliver it to the site and Trevor needs to steal another Frogger.
