Just watching his right hand is fascinating. He moves towards the fretboard or away to the bridge to alter the tone of the guitar at exactly the right moments.

Nobody ever came close to the original. 20 years had passed, and.. now I am Shocked! Never have I expected to hear an even more Beautiful version to aspire to! Thank You.

He's on Segovia's level of having love for every note he's playing. He even respects the role of the passing notes and plays them with all his heart everytime.
Man. I want to be this good some day. To be able to just poor my soul into my guitar and hear it reciprocated in a way that it has never been when poured into anything else.
This song (forget the lyrics) this is a musical master piece. It is a modern classical work. Anyone who cant hear this in this rendition is deaf. You will see....40 years from now it will be played from the smallest to greatest guitarist. In bars to classical concert halls.
When I was younger, I feared metal. Metallica in particular. Then when I was in military training at 17 I was walking past the break area in front of my company and heard the sweetest, most melodic music that I had ever heard. I don't remember, but I believe it was "Orion". I walked over and asked what they were listening to and they looked at me as though I had just sprouted a second head. One answered, "It's Metallica." I was floored. "THAT'S Metallica?" One of my absolute favorite bands since.
When it comes to the part that says, "Never cared for what they say, never cared for what they do," he should have hit it a lot louder and harder. That's the most emotive part of this great song. Everything is is perfect.
I was about to say nah he's playing it wrong when he starting going off script, then I realised he was making his own and Improving it. So freaking good, I think I might try to learn this version it sounds great.

It's weird as I listen to this, I'm thinking back in the 70's, 80's, 90's, Rock n Roll, Heavy Metal, Thrash Metal and all the like was considered music of those without morals, those who was against authority, and those against society in general. Even went as far as calling it Devils Music. Now heres this respectable-looking gentleman playin the same music of what many of those of those generations were listening to. John Doe well original rap from the 80s and 90s is still getting respect 30 years later. Much of it is poetry. Now much of the hip hop from today is awful of course, but let’s not lump it all together...

They are all new guitarists like me, who thought they could play this song until they saw this and had their illusions of good playing shattered.
Because still playing nothing else matters
