@@rodriguezsilveiro4419 Carpal tunnel syndrome is basically a pain and/or numbness and weakness in your hand and fingers caused by overusing them (in this case, because of too much rapid clicking.)
In casual runs I totally agree, but this tier list is for speedrunning and there are a decent amount of times where amp is used and Angie is not. This is mostly in individual levels though; full-game categories besides Adventure mode still use Angie, but I think there are enough cases to not use Angie while still using Amp, thus putting Amp at a higher spot than Angie. It is pretty close though.
The only time when I even use Angie is the Presto-Angie, and only in Tank 4 Challenge mode, when the aliens I encounter are Destructor and Ulysses, I would change Presto to Angie, so he would revive some of my Ultravore if given the chance
I do think there is some neat theorycrafting that could be had when taking out important pets for a speedrun, but at the end of the day it just makes the overall run take that much longer. Taking out amp would not only get rid of a ton of the money that would be made during a run, but it would also take out the fun of clicking dozens of diamonds in a few seconds. The pets would most likely end up being walter, presto, shrapnel, and niko, which would be awesome to have in an adventure mode speedrun, though not so much in a challenge mode speedrun because it would just end up taking a lot longer to complete without much interactivity, especially due to challenge mode increasing the prices on everything over time. I do like the idea of stuff like this though and it is always more than welcome, the problem is just sometimes when actually trying it out isn't as fun in my experience; sorry to knock so hard on your idea I was just putting my thoughts about it out there
And I only use Amp at Tank 4 since having too many guppies will make my mouse malfunction, so I might let alien eat some of my breeders when I have a lot of ultravores

I personally would place Amp, Walter and Presto in S tier, with them, I'm able to past Tank 2 without buying Starcatcher. I would place Gash in A tier since he is a great attacking pet, sure he will eat one of your guppies from time to time, but it is not a big deal when I have Amp and Walter in the tank as well, and he is my favorite pet in the game

Time trial is basically you play at limit amount of time, no speedrun here, it's about the amount of your money
